How's it been? Had a Mercedes C230 V6 manual last winter, currently driving a Saab 9-5 this winter. I can't take it lol, having a BMW M4 as a summer car the "2 wheel drive" configuration just doesn't give the traction and acceleration I want. The Mercedes was an oversteer party and the Saab is an understeer monster with the lack of traction during acceleration. Looking to get an XC70 next year.
@@Salpeteroxid I have a 2004 xc70 which is the one before the facelift. It’s my first car so I don’t have much experience driving in the snow, but it does very well. It has Haldex AWD and it pretty high up. Also gets very warm when you start driving. Also a good summer car with the moonroof. An old xc70 isn’t as nice as a newer benz or bmw but it’s still a luxury car and it was priced like one back in 2004. Mine has all the options and you’ll find most of them have all the options too. If you want a nice winter car that can compete with luxury cars then it’s def worth it.
@@collinpayant7963 A C-class like the C230 from 2006 I owned is not a luxury car, it's an econo-shitbox tbh. Volvo V70 or XC70 is definitely luxurious, everything is soft touch and high quality materials. I'll look at some next week when I'm off from work. Thank you for sharing your experience =)

@@Salpeteroxid yea no problem. Mine has all leather interior and the seats are super comfy. Def competition with benz and bmw
