  • Welcome to day 10 COMBINATION HIIT 35 minutes BMBF Build Muscle Burn Fat. This is a challenging total Body workout. This workout consists with mix of cardio and strength.
    This is the last HIIT BMBF however there will be more BMBF workout videos will be uploaded.

    Workout: High Intensity Interval Training HIIT
    Time: 35 minutes
    Equipment: Medium weight barbell and some additional plates.
    I am using 13kg barbell and 1 x 5kg plate. For high performance use between 15 to 25 kg barbell and 1 x between 5 to 10kg plate.
    Beginners use Light bar and small plates
