I always love watching this guy bake, but why brioche?, it seems like far too much effort for some little tiny doughnut's, all that awkward mix. Just make the traditional doughnut mix, no?.

It has to be a red mixer or it wouldn't work at all ... that's the most important thing to this recipe is a red mixer .
