Hi Paul, I’ve made the chocolate twists which were amazing thank you. I’ve frozen half of them once I twisted them and before the 2nd prove. Do I leave out overnight to defrost/ prove then bake or bake straight from frozen? Thank you, Kelly
Hi Paul! Thank you for sharing your recipes! I followed your part 1 danish recipe and this morning started doing part 2 and noticed that my dough is very difficult to roll out. It kept springing back and losing its shape. I was wondering what could be there problem? Thank you
Help? I use the correct flour but no matter what I bake of Paul’s recipes it comes out heavy. The dough texture sometimes seems okay it’s just not light like he describes, rather like a ton of bricks🙈.
The type of flour you use makes a huge difference. I promise it’s your flour. Try something new. Not sure where you live but ask bakers in your area what flour they use.
Please,don t add water to Nutella. Put the jar, open, into the oven. Adding water to Nutella sounds a "sin" to my (italian) ears P.s. sorry, poor english
