Okaay, let's go, ladies! 🖤💓 Writing it for myself, but maybe it would be a real motivation for somebody! Calves - 36cm. Height 164. I'm sitting on an intermediate fasting, diet, doing other non-related to calves exercises and run in gym. But my calves are really chubby... Full of fat ahh. So, good luck to everyone! Day 1 - ✅ Day 2 - ✅ -1cm! Day 3 - ✅ no changes Day 4 - ✅ -0.5cm! Day 5 - ✅ no changes Day 6 - ✅ no chances Day 7 - ✅ no changes Results: so, calves were 36, now 34.5cm. As you may see, for everybody it results differently. That's better than nothing Thank you, trainer! Keep doing it, ladies! 🤞

I'm going to do these exercise for a week. I will update it everyday. Day 1 ✅ It was SO painful 😭 succesfully did the whole exercise and I am proud of myself! I will comeback tomorrow. Day 2 ✅ It was less painful than yesterday. Unfortunately no visible changes on my legs but i'm sure there will be some changes in a week. Day 3 ✅ I can see little changes. It is really effective Day 4 ✅ I was more motivated today 💗 I can see visible changes Day 5 ✅ I couldn't do the whole exercise because my wifi was gone. So i tried to do all the exercises i could remember. Day 6 ✅ My wifi is back I did the whole workout Day 7 ✅ I am so happy that i finished the workout for a week. I'm still not satisfied with the results so i will do a week more. At the begining I was 65,6 kg now i am 64,7. I wasn't doing any diets

@@Kh_63317 нет не помог , но оно развивает растяжку. Если бы у меня была растяжка лучше , то мне кажется тогда бы я смогла бы сделать движения полностью и с лёгкостью и может быть тогда помогла бы.

I'll share the results with you💗 Day 2:✅ Over. It was like yesterday. But this time I struggled less at 11 and 12. I don't see any changes. This is normal because it's been 2 days since I started this exercise. I won't lose hope😊💖 Day 3:❌I couldn't do that because I was too busy. But I promise to do it other days! 💕💖 Day 4:✅Over. The workout went very well today. I was able to do 11 and 12 easily. I also feel the burns in the right place! And my legs are getting weaker day by day! DON'T FORGET TO DRINK WATER! 😭💖💖 Day 5:✅Over. Today was just like yesterday. I'm never tired! It was a really nice exercise. I also noticed a few changes in my legs. Oh my goodness! This really works!! 😭😭😭 Day 6:✅Over. My legs are shaking, I don't know why. But there is a difference that can be seen in my legs! I'm really happy!! (NOTE: I do this exercise 2 times a day.) 💗😊 Day 7:✅Over. Multi-arm. I’m gonna be keeping my progress as I do this everyday. I’m trying to eat a little cleaner, so less oily/junk food, sugar, and salt + I will be doing some other light workouts on top of this. Day 1 - ✅ I have come to the realization that I am extremely inflexible so I did a 30 minute flexibility video after this and I’m kind of sore. Will def be feeling it tomorrow Day 2 - ✅ No visible changes but definitely not as hard as yesterday. My flexibility has gotten slightly better but my left leg is still a problem area

First day just finished the workout ! Could feel the burn in calves , I will keep updating if it's works ! Those ppl might already be thin and maybe want there legs to be a bit more lean. Idk abiut u but for ppl like me who weigh more should do cardio too bcz losing w8 in one area is not possibly easy for us. I tried many workouts targeting one area and without cardio i couldn't lose the inches.
очень классная тренировка, уже примерно за неделю +- ноги стали более стройные (прямые??..) потом я забросила чисто из-за лени и очень пожалела. вот опять начинаю сделать, напишу в конце лета по поводу результата. короче всем советую!! и в целом не только физическое здоровье улучшилось, но а в целом. эта тренировка кстати подходит не только для ног но и для всего тела :))

My daily exercises Week 1 ✅ (Completed) DAY 1 ✅ (It very challenging for me) DAY 2 ✅ (I can't do it well, because my leg is starting to burn out) DAY 3 ✅ (I do it but I don't make it in the maximal way // but I can see a little change) DAY 4 ✅ (Can't update, because I forgot) DAY 5 ✅ (I do this, and these exercises were easier than before, my leg became more powerful than before... And I can see some changes) DAY 6 ✅ (It is kinda hard to go on without taking breaks, but I can do it because I was doing these exercises for 5 days ago... And again I can see that my leg muscle are a bit harder than before) DAY 7 ✅ (this exercise very worked for me, I can see a change for my calve). Week 2 Day 1 ✅ (I do it again and these exercises became easier, so I do it in a maximal way). Day 2 ✅ (I don't know what's going on but... My leg becomes more flexible than before, this change becomes visible when I do step 10). Day 3 ✅ (I did it in a maximal way) Day 4 ✅ (a lot of change, ican see it because my calves became smaller) Day 5 ❌ (I miss this workout because of i was busy that day) Day 6 ✅ (like i said before, this work out make my legs became more flexible) Day 7 ❌ (I miss this workout because of i was busy that day) So.. In conclusion for day 7-day 4 I didn't do it... But I can also tell you guys that this exercise work if you do in the maximal way, then just for 11 days you can lean your calves.

I measured my calf before as I saw it was 14.8 and after completing the challange Im having 13.9 after all it reduced me 0.9 inch , Im so happy after getting results
0:41...this exercise will also help u to get taller... To those who r short, try this.. It will really help u to get taller cuzz i was a medium tall girl.. After i did this i became extremely tall more than u can imagine of... So Imma skip this exercise or i will get double taller😂
I feel like this is more of a stretching routine than a workout one. So I feel like if you combine it with some slimming no bulk workout this would be quite effective.

Ok gonna do this for one week, along other workout... Actually I have 10 days, and wanna lose atleast little visible weight.. which will obviously motivate me to do this workout more... In these ten days, my first target is to lose some visible weight within or in Abt 7 days. So I could have 3 extra days if it won't work.. I'll update after a week. Or if there will be any change during that time, I'll update that too..✨ Update: It did nothing. Even tho I was too much busy so I didn't worked out regularly

Highly recommend this exercise to anyone trying to loose weight on their legs. The first 3 days I did this I lost a lot of weight, and I know this because my friend saw me the next few days after I did this exercise.i didn't even tell her yet and she was like 'what happened to you?! You lost a lot of weight'

Так же делала другие тренеровки что в первый день. 3 день✅ Мне кажется мои ноги начинают немного уменьшаться и красивее по форме быть. Икры стали более упругие.

Those ppl might already be thin and maybe want there legs to be a bit more lean. Idk abiut u but for ppl like me who weigh more should do cardio too bcz losing w8 in one area is not possibly easy for us. I tried many workouts targeting one area and without cardio i couldn't lose the inches.

очень классная тренировка, уже примерно за неделю +- ноги стали более стройные (прямые??..) потом я забросила чисто из-за лени и очень пожалела. вот опять начинаю сделать, напишу в конце лета по поводу результата. короче всем советую!! и в целом не только физическое здоровье улучшилось, но а в целом. эта тренировка кстати подходит не только для ног но и для всего тела :))

☆ okay, today im starting with this exercises till i lose motivation ☆
Day 1: calves - 32,5 cm ☑
Day 2: ☑
Day 3: ❎ (skipped :// )
Soo my weight is 61kg and my goal is 45kg and my thighs are so thick so i am taking 14 days challenge first will see how much i will loose weight doing this exercise daily for 2times💯🙌
Day-1✅but only one time
My daily exercises
Week 1 ✅ (Completed)
DAY 1 ✅ (It very challenging for me)
DAY 2 ✅ (I can't do it well, because my leg is starting to burn out)
DAY 3 ✅ (I do it but I don't make it in the maximal way // but I can see a little change)
DAY 4 ✅ (Can't update, because I forgot)
DAY 5 ✅ (I do this, and these exercises were easier than before, my leg became more powerful than before... And I can see some changes)
DAY 6 ✅ (It is kinda hard to go on without taking breaks, but I can do it because I was doing these exercises for 5 days ago... And again I can see that my leg muscle are a bit harder than before)
DAY 7 ✅ (this exercise very worked for me, I can see a change for my calve).
Week 2
Day 1 ✅ (I do it again and these exercises became easier, so I do it in a maximal way).
Day 2 ✅ (I don't know what's going on but... My leg becomes more flexible than before, this change becomes visible when I do step 10).
Day 3 ✅ (I did it in a maximal way)
Day 4 ✅ (a lot of change, ican see it because my calves became smaller)
Day 5 ❌ (I miss this workout because of i was busy that day)
Day 6 ✅ (like i said before, this work out make my legs became more flexible)
Day 7 ❌ (I miss this workout because of i was busy that day)
So.. In conclusion for day 7-day 4 I didn't do it... But I can also tell you guys that this exercise work if you do in the maximal way, then just for 11 days you can lean your calves.

I feel like this is more of a stretching routine than a workout one. So I feel like if you combine it with some slimming no bulk workout this would be quite effective.

Actually I have 10 days, and wanna lose atleast little visible weight.. which will obviously motivate me to do this workout more... In these ten days, my first target is to lose some visible weight within or in Abt 7 days. So I could have 3 extra days if it won't work.. I'll update after a week. Or if there will be any change during that time, I'll update that too..✨

1 день✅ Было очень трудно особенно последние упражнения, но я справилась + 2 тренировки на ляжки, бег из тик тока и 1 тренировка на пресс
2 день✅ Некоторые упражнения уже были не такими сложными, но некоторые по прежнему ели делала. Так же делала другие тренеровки что в первый день.
3 день✅ Мне кажется мои ноги начинают немного уменьшаться и красивее по форме быть. Икры стали более упругие.
