Rotary Bumpers (A non engaging geometry).

In this video I describe a safety feature that would mitigate the most dangerous form of frontal collision a car can be involved in: An intrusion impact. The bumpers on this chassis rotate and deform to deflect the vehicle from whatever narrow object it might impact.
