I think Flood wins hands down... although it depends on if its Overmind has become a Gravemind yet... For the Flood to infect a host it must gain access to a single cell... The Tyranids must melt down and reuse the biomatter or consume it... Now idk how this would work... but consuming parasites usually doesn't go so well... and the Flood is known to take over corpses as well... So the Flood would be gaining forces while the Tyranids losing them... And if you look up the history of the Mendicant Bias... the Gravemind has the power to convince anything to join it's side... including the most powerful Forerunner AI in existence... which was controlling the Forerunner fleets at the time... Once the Gravemind comes in contact with the Tyranid Hive Mind... it's over... for everyone and everything... The Hivemind would either be taken over, or wilfully join the Gravemind... their fleets and forces would merge into abominations... and all of 40k would be doomed... because now they're dealing with a Hivemind that can curbstomp the Necrons as well as the gods of Chaos in a heartbeat
