How do you determine the cuts? I had a Dodge Ram 2017 I programmed today which was easy but the emergency key asked for 7 or 8 cuts. Should I just count how many cuts on the key or is there a reference to know right away and certain way?

Look the car up on myautosmart or something similar 7 cut dodge is really old
can we use this Key reader in the car I mean connect to the car charger which combine with the IM608

@@cooperx2307 it has to plug into 120v. I don’t understand why you would be using it inside a car.
