    This flow is all about releasing tension in the low back and the surrounding parts (including hips). We flow a little, but we get the greatest relief and benefit when we hold the stretches and poses for a slightly longer amount of time, which is exactly what we do.       Hey Larie,
      Do you have any stretches or exercises to help prevent and treat dislocated ribs? My ribs dislocate about twice a month.
      I have a rib out now. I am used to the pain and know the rib will naturally pop back in after a couple days but wanted your input. I've been told by chiropractors and physical therapists that this will just keep happening and there is nothing I can do. What do you think?
