- Grab a mat for this 15 minute (approx) gentle hip stretch routine. Our main focus is taking the hip and pelvis in various planes of motion. If at any time the stretch feels too much, back out of it and decrease the range of motion. Options to intensify the stretch and to modify the stretch are given throughout.
