5 and 1/2 years ago I broke my back in a car accident and pretty much gave up on training. Continuing to work as a butcher until just over a year ago didn't help, and left me with severe anterior tilt, among other problems. 9 months ago I made the dedication to ease back in to calisthenics (starting with months of little beyond stretching.) Finishing this routine today is the first time I've been able to lay my lower spine flat on the floor in longer than I can remember. Thank you so much for creating such thoughtful content.
Great video! The timing is spot on. These exercises are awesome. Question for you... have you ever tried Next Level Diet? I got a muscle-building meal plan from them that's worked wonders for me.

Im sure this routine is amazing, I did an old 15 min harmstrings routine of your Channel every nigrh for many months and got super flexible on my harmstrings fast which I wanted for V-Sit, now I dont do the full routine I only use some stretches but I am getting even more flexible, and that definitely helped to get my V-Sit and now Im close to manna. Thanks for that and I might try this routine as well

Even sitting over the block I still can't get into that upright position, it's like my pelvis or hips are tilted to the opposite side of my legs. Which kind of routine should I do to improve this?

(Sure, they are actually need more strength after my little injury oO)
This routine can be done 2-4x per week. And for more advanced people can even be done 6x a week. Small sessions done frequently tend to work best (unless the routine is too intense) -Gabo

After doing this for 3 weeks, i went from mid shins to ankles, recommending for people who cant sit 90 with leg straight
