May I ask how long does it take to complete a fabric and cotton filters ? Especially the silver solution will starts dropping slowly due to the presence of thick sludge until its completely stopped passing through . I will use a vacuum pump.
Hmm depends on what the sludge is Try to decant solution before or into filter. Keep most of the said sludge, in beaker and dilute with water a few times and decant. The more that ends up in the filter early, the slower the flow. Another tip. Don't wet filter paper before adding a non-diluted solution. The filtering will be faster, if the solution is the first thing in.
I noticed you often dissolve gold in unheated aqua regia, looks like it's hot outside 😉 My gold plating does not dissolve without heating. Good video 👍
Yes you can see by pausing video there is gold wire left inside, this isn't the perfect way to recover, it should have to be treated with sulphuric acid first 🤦
Hey guys I've watched several of the videos more than several what question is how do you make your compels or your melting dishes what do you use thank you. 🤔👍😎
The amount of gold from their material is normal. I would be surprised (in a bad way) if they got more. I have another question, why they use so many acids? 🤔
Big question herw what percent of each chemicals are u using .my hydrochloric acid is 31.0 percent cant remember what my nitric acid is.what are you using
Where do you get your filter fabric and the little clay bowls? In the removing green solder masks video I noticed you had several pieces with the little black blob on them. If you use heat and a scraper those will come right off. There are gold wires beneath them. I enjoy your videos. Where do you live?
Nice work, but please how do you process the silver solutions?? Because they always show Gold processing to the end, but I never see silver solutions processing till smelting!! Please if you can do video of silver solutions to the end. Thank you
Since when does acid corrode plastic? I buy muriatic AND nitric in plastic bottles... its because its cheaper to ship and so it is less likely break in shipping
1: 2 HNO3: H2O, you can follow the same ratio 1: 3 HNO3: H2O, but I was wrong that it should have been dipped in hcl for 24 hours to dissolve lead and tin.
My dear sir the HCL you use looks like yellow but I bought HCL 32% industrial grease from the shopkeeper it looks like white but it works. I want to know what is the difference with the HCL you use please my dear sir
One time I had exactly the same kind silver chloride solution, its not Settle, also passes from smallest filter, after 1 days only small thin layer form’s at the bottom of water .. .. make me tired and finally I poured it out.. i think its about 6-8g silver.. now I thinking i did so stupid things because there is a way for recovering them..
I sifted the whole silver chloride on the filter paper and washed its acidic properties with clean water. Then I left silver chloride overnight with HCL. HCL dissolves all tin metals and other base metals except silver.
That was amazing! Im saving mine up! I have close to what you had in the video. All the gold I got from the tops I evaporated trying to refine it. Ughh.😔
I believe the tin in the balls led to the white powder or metastannic acid (H2SnO3) that formed before the first filtering. My assumtion is silver is in either in the metastannic acid in the first filter, (where the silver dropped out of solution overnight.) Or it is in the left over solution.... but i find it harder to make sense for it to be there. Unless something is keeping it more stable then the AgCl. But if it's silver nitrate (AgNO³) and chlorine is available it should convert. My last thought would be, if it is there, add heat perhaps to convert. I laughed at the perhaps risky shoes originally. Then somehow i ended up in almost the same pair on hot days. Easy to rinse quick 😉
@@colonialcharlie8702 You should of seen his old shoes Lol. One way to get around the metastannic acid acid is to use boiling sulfuric acid instead of nitric acid.
I find if theres another base metal i wasn't expecting and i messed up; Just add more water and acid until i get back to where i should be. Then use lesson for next time haha. Those damn tin balls got my solution so hot so fast, that i had my first boil over, (into my pyrex rescue cassorole dish) when i first tried some bga bottoms. I put the silver/tin solution into my low grade pins waste bucket, as dilution and adding acid over and over basically is the point in there. 😉
I'm impressed. Not too many people would do this, meaning do gold recovery video of BGA bottoms. Most people say that they're worthless.

The sulphuric acid does the heating
@@TrinityGoldRecovery 100%. I just didn't notice that you added sulfuric acid😉
Are there any gold bonding wires inside the bottom?
Wondering if it's worth further processing if there are any bonding wires inside them.
I saw Idelelectrotech burn the fiber boards on flip chips to release gold plated circuit trace.
Yes you can see by pausing video there is gold wire left inside, this isn't the perfect way to recover, it should have to be treated with sulphuric acid first 🤦
Bond wires are in the bga top. Might be copper leads in the fiber

Doesn't it take the outer coating in the nitric acid process because there is very little output this time?

What was beautiful in the video, their hands or the reaction of nitric acid? 😅

What kind of nitric acid is used to gold recovery and silver recovery
Commercial
can i use filter paper in every progress instead of cotton ?
yes you can!
а что это за расствор такой соляная+ серная + азотная кислота ? ( 9.30-9.50 ) что то новенькое в расстворении золота
The hydrocloric and nitric acid eats the gold and the sulfric acid will get rid of any left over metals. Hope this helps
Mantap 👍
To begin with, what is the equation of nitric with water?
Did you put 1 nitric and then 3 . water?
After that, I used Captique

Hi so how did you sort out the silver?
My dear sir the HCL you use looks like yellow but I bought HCL 32% industrial grease from the shopkeeper it looks like white but it works. I want to know what is the difference with the HCL you use please my dear sir
HCL can gradually change color and acquire a light yellowish color after exposure to air.

How much HNO3 and H2O at the first stage of separating silver and gold from the BGA?
Can you tell sir please 🙏
No cuadra la cantidad de gramos de oro???
Why are you dont use hydrazine hydrade?
May not be easily available in his location. I see people from turkey use it to drop gold.
Everyone uses what they like best. I used hydrazine hydrate but now I using only iron sulfate which I make myself. Only myself 😉
Lost me.i see green liquid then shown silver.how did you get it
Ok mantab👍👍

It didn’t work out very well because theres copper chloride and tin mixes in with the silver.
What is the solution?
Pour 0,5litre H2s04 firt stir it well and filtering using fabric the lead will perticipate. Then use nacl to perticipate the silver
What about the silver? How did you recovered it?
