Great work and job done, salute for that. This is work that can t be done without love for this hobby. People ask about how much money you earn from this work but Don t understand the adrenaline boost from doing this and make gold from you r own hands. I understand you and you got my SUB and LIKE for future plans. All the best wishes from Serbia. Salute my friend.
Not at this scale. RUclips precious metal refiners make their money off RUclips, not metal. To actually make money chemically refining e-waste, you need to be processing around 40 shipping containers/month of the stuff. Shipping containers.
In Indonesia they cleaning their gold blob using kno3 then doing lil bit cupelation during the procces then they procces chemichal using nitric acid and hf, they often does not doing the refining procces just boil in nitric acid then melting.

It doesn't seem to be worth all the effort with the process and chemicals used time and work there is just not enough gold or silver to do that much work. If this was done on a much larger scale it would be worth it but this is way to small
He ended up with nearly 1g gold for roughly 1kg material. As a demonstration this is pretty good. That works out to about 800 grams per ton. A profitable mine is doing well at about 8gr per ton.

@@PickyPlans From a hobby point of view I get it. From a business point of view after labour (man hours) it’s just not worth it. Interesting video to watch though 👍🏽
You took the art of smelting to a whole new level!
Thanks my brother, for your kind word❤️

@@scrapingE-wastebyMarsi Thank you so much for the support! It means a lot that you understand the passion behind the work. Best wishes to you...
Well done, thank you for showing your process.
Thanks for watching!
Quá giỏi cảm ơn chương trình rất hay ❤😅
Thank you Picky Plans. Cool Video.
Thanks for watching!
Good job dear you can doing excellent work. Which is Palladium separating chemical
As always !! Ma Shaa Allah
I love smelting videos!!
Which is better hcl or nacl to precipitate silver
Thanks bro,
Both are the same except NaCl won't make the solution more acidic. So in some cases you want to maintain solution pH it's a better option
so nice very easy mather
What did you add to precipitate the PD
Sodium borohydride

So the idea is to melt $2000 worth the electronic components for $15 worth the gold? OK, sounds like a great idea.
Nice work ❤
Thanks!
Good Job 👏🌺
Thanks!
I need that cupelling “dome” 😮
Your skills surpass all other skills and equipment.❤️
Nice little gold button
Thanks!
Why you dissolve silver chloride in ammonia solution??
It can percipitate base metals hydroxide and silver purity is usually higher.
Excellent video bro
Thanks man!
great job sir
Thanks!
Please tell me how much is needed per kilogram of svenza material
How much time and money was spent on chemicals, heating, etc. to make such a small amount of gold and silver. Could it be profitable?

Arigato learning something from you
You precipitated palladium with hydrazine hydrate, and then it did not dissolve in hydrochloric acid and bleach solution, right?
Right, but it dissolved in HCl and bleach mix!
bothering with the mylars 😂
What is in palladium percipated?
To settle palladium dust at the bottom i used some aluminum sulfate to make the Pd percipitate stick together and settle.
@@PickyPlans can we make using aluminium and sulphuric acid?
Yes

Best way to clean gold.
Nice Borax bar
good job bro
Thanks mate❤️🌹
Hi, what is pd precipitator?
Hey,
It's a compound made by myself 3:1 sodium borohydride and ascorbic acid some aluminum sulfate to make it coagulate and settle easier.
@@PickyPlans i demand you to make a video abt that compound. People will like that for sure
Seems like a good idea, For sure
This is how I understand the way all the metal will melt and there is no need to mess around with dangerous acids.
That's too much work for such little amount of gold and silver... I'll stick to my local coin shop.
At today's spot price, that metal is worth $75 US Dollars.
So… you refined minute amount of palladium, but didn’t bother to refine heavily led contaminated gold??? Hmmm….
Thanks for paying attention
The Gold redisolved and precipitated using NaNO2.
To avoid the video becoming overwhelming i Skipped that part.
👍

It's a tutorial video
*precipitate
and how much gas, chemicals and time was wasted for this recovery? I don't think you came out ahead.
3 Hours, 2 kg LPG
He scammed himself 😂
Time,Man hours & Material cost? Don’t seem worth it 🤷🏽
Regardless of the time (i do like doing this)
All materials cost 29$ , considering only the gold price 70$ , the return would be 41$

it's really not. you would probably make more by making videos about on RUclips
