- A tutorial on how to switch between sound presets on Yamaha MODX synthesizer using Forscore sheet music reader on iOS.
This is a very nice function to use when doing stressful gigs with alot of patch changes between songs.

hello I tried to do this on Yamaha montage with iPad Pro but it doesn't work can you help me?
Sure! Have you checked in Montage settings that you use ”USB-midi”?
I also have checked the box ”Midi i/o multi”, don’t know if that matters 🤷♂️😝
Could it be the forscore version? I'm using 13.0 ! the rest I'm using the midi in/out tab on the midi option and on the advanced tab I'm also using it in multi mode! but nothing happens!
I’m using Forscore 13.0.5 also. Acctually tried using my iPad Pro, works too. But since it has USB-C I had to use a different adaptor from USB-C to ”standard” USB female. Are you plugging it in the correct connection/hole in the back? (The square one not the one that fits a USB-stick)

yes, all cables and connections are the same as in your video! I'm thinking that the channel 1 of the modx you insert in forscore may be different in the montage! I'm downloading the yamaha midi manual to check this!
