JUST PLAYING AROUND WITH A TRACK I MADE ON THE MODX SEQUENCER. DEMONSTRATING HOW EASY IT IS TO FLOW BETWEEN PARTS. IF YOU DONT HAVE ABLETON OR ANY DAW FOR THAT MATTER THE MODX WOULD BE A GOOD WAY TO PRODUCE THE SAME RESULT AS THE A DAW FOR LIVE PERFORMANCES.

My problem with this is that you need to think about your stuff like in the 90's with everyone so used to the way DAWs allow you so much freedom.

Would you recommend the MODX8 for a beginner piano learner? I like the sequencer features, are the keys solid and do they last a while?

It’s rather expensive for a beginner, who might after one lesson decide it’s not for them. On the other hand, you cannot find another keyboard in this price range that will get the creative juices flowing.

I was deciding between the MX88 and the MODX8, I have a buddy that owns the new Roland Fantom 8 and indeed, it is a magnificent piece of equipment for getting the creative juices to flow. Appreciated!

yessir there is, fyi the super knob does not flat like that I fps on my camear caused the lights to look like they're flashing like that
