Bit more in-depth type of video, probably won't be like this for every video but hope y'all enjoyed it!
Thanks a lot for this I was really looking forward to it, thank you, and your art is incredible🥳
Yea of course! Thank you!🙏
@@Boboscapsulewhat pen nib do you use? Does it work as well as the regular Apple Pencil pen nib?
It’s a smaller metal tip. Yes it does I can’t go back to the default one. Feels like your drawing with a actual pen because of the smaller tip, I wouldn’t use it without a screen protector, link in description it’s on Amazon.
Finding your channel is probably one of the best things that's happened to me in a while! Thank you for being an inspiration during a rather heavy art block!
Aww thank u! Of course glad to help in anyway! You got this.
It was nice seeing how you had to change your approach several times.
Sweet! Thank you for the feedback. Sometimes I just edit it out but I’ll try and leave that in, in future vids.
Absolutely Exquisite Video. Got a lot out of it 🔥🔥
Thanks! Yay glad it helped in some way 😁
Love your work 😍Another great video !
Thanks glad you enjoyed it!😁
That is a beautiful rundown worthy of a sub. Thanks!
Hey thank you glad you enjoyed it, welcome!
The desktop also looks very interesting. It looks custom made for the iPad.
Yea its custom made for the iPad. it’s from Amazon
@@Boboscapsule You should probably put that in the supplies section below your videos. That really caught my eye. I don't have an ipad at the moment, but if I get another one I would want to use it on a desk like that.
Yep it’s there 👍 awesome yea I recommend it. It’s more like a stand and you can adjust the angle of it, it’s nice.
@@Boboscapsule Oh I see it! It's call "Ipad Holder". Yeah it's really nice. I didn't see it the first time.
Yea I don’t even know what to call it 😂
Sir Bobo! You did so good with the metal 🥲( tears of Joy) I think you enjoyed the process 🥰 Thank you for showing how you put the ref board together before starting, appreciated! I agree the with the final hair color and the eyes as well, fitting!
L.O.V.E.D.I.T!! 🥰
Hi! Thanks yes loving painting metal right now will probably continue. Glad u enjoyed the process 😁 Yea the hair change really improved it Thank you again 🙏
Another dope video, your video's have been helping me color. Can't wait for the next one.🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you! Hey that’s great to hear! Yes stay tuned 👍
I love how much ur art has improved over the past year. A lot more creative! 👍🏽🙌🏽🔥
Yea it really has thanks! That was part of the goal of this channel, I’m happy it’s noticeable thanks!😊
i think a lot of people are afraid of tracing references but as you said, it's INCREDIBLY useful for understanding a pose! there's nothing wrong with breaking down the construction imo :)
when you actually get down to sketching, do you usually keep your pose break-down on another screen for you to look at? or do you just use it as a warm-up?
Yea of course. Tracing isn’t bad in every context, I also use tracing to study peoples work and gives you an insight on their line work and construction. I do think you don’t always have to do this because you might become too reliant on it but it does help you learn.
Yea I’ll have it loaded up on my laptop along with the reference board while I’m drawing.
@@Boboscapsule agreed! tracing can be a good way to learn proper musculature and the figure in perspective, but at some point we do need to take the leap and try it on our own.
@isabellef1663 yea exactly, maybe I should call it “breaking down your reference” only , rather than “tracing“ that word has too much baggage 😂
i needed the motivation today
I gotchu, good to hear. You got this.
Love your art work
Thank you!
Fantastic work!
Thank you! I appreciate the comment👍
Incroyable ❤ good job
Thank you! 😁
💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥dope
thanks!
@@Boboscapsule your welcome
Thought this was an Ergojosh video
😂 ergojosh is awesome
i really like that lineart brush! Would you mind telling me which one you used? I;ve been using mercury because I love texture but I want to try something different :)
Thanks I use my sketch brush from my brushpack. Looking for a new one but that’s what I use 👍
@@Boboscapsule i jus bought it lol
Awesome thanks 👍
🔥🔥🔥🔥
What brush do you use love the art
Thanks! I have a free procreate brushpack in the description. For this drawing I use the sketch brush in the pack.
@@Boboscapsule I just bought it for support thank you I’m not a natural-born artist I feel I’m more creative.
So I don’t know too much about anatomy so I just look for ones done already or I just try to mix pieces. But I saw a few old videos about how important to have all the material and references ready before starting.
And even this one gave me a good way how I can improve my references. What brush do you use for paint? So you use the stretch to make the art then what brush do you use to paint?
@jJJ1841ksk Wowww thank you so much! 🙏
Yea I feel that, creativity will take you a long way. I’m not a great draftsman either but just been practicing for a while. Yea best thing you can do is go into a drawing prepared, better anatomy will come will repeatition and trying to understand what your drawing.
Yea so for the painting I just use the medium airbrush and soft airbrush. And for the highlights for example on the metal and arms I used the sketch brush aswell and I’ll go in with a hard airbrush to erase if I want edges to be a bit sharper.
For the pant highlights and overall clothing I’ll use the flat brush and erase with hard brush to shape it.
For the lighting on her face or when I do rim light in my other videos I’ll use the textured ink brush. Just gives the lightning more interest and grain.
Hope that helps, maybe in a future video I’ll name brushes as I use them.
Thanks again for the support! 👍
@@Boboscapsule Lovely, it is possible to see more videos about how to colours, i will look for old videos to learn, i love the way you paint, everything looks so vibrant, and for my art posters that type of colours is the best, if possible videos for about how to paint we will appreciate it ^^
@jJJ1841ksk yea of course, thank you for the idea. I can a do an in-depth video on coloring specifically, after my next video is out👍
Which pen do you use for sketching?
It’s my sketch brush in my free procreate brushpack link in description.
@@Boboscapsule thanks! You’re the best!
@ephTheClone 😁you got it 👍
I have a question for you how do you create midtones?
Yea I have to start calling them mid tones, I call it base color. If I’m looking at a refrence I spot the tone that’s right in the middle of the darkest tone and lightest.
@@Boboscapsule okay gotcha so base color is mid tone. I think I be messing up on my drawing because my mid tones don’t be dark enough it’s never in between i make them to light
@@Boboscapsule thank you 🙏🏾
I feel that I mess up in that area too sometimes and I have to adjust the midtone, because everything else builds off of the midtone. I’ll try and touch on that on the next vid👍
Anytime!
