I am a HSK 2 student and I was able to understand everything except “attitude/feeling”. I speak English and Spanish and these two can be very similar. Your attitude can influence your feelings and vice versa. I will review this to better understand this. Thank you for your excellent videos 😊

你变胖了 the 了 shows a change. It means “You are gaining some weight”. “你变得胖了”is grammatically correct but we need a clearer context, “因为吃得多又不运动，他变得越来越胖了。”
