I got the Alienware r15 r5 scratch and dent 3070 for under $900, but if I could afford the Blade, I would. It just looks so damn cool.
After checking your videos, I wonder why The Zephyrus G line isn't picked as the best Thin Gaming laptop instead of those.
When is the new legion 5 review coming and is it more powerful than the previous version or is it not (i saw the specs the TDP on rtx 3060 was 115w and didnt mention any boost) so i wonder what should i go for.
When Lenovo sends the one I bought
Hey Jarrod, do you have a GPU benchmark sheet on your site like you have for the CPUs you did using cinebench?
Thin and Gaming don't go together, Want a gaming laptop that's not too bulky?, Legion 7 Gen 6 or Alienware.
Alienware are fucking huge there just thin. Legion 7 I can get behind though the size is surprising for power.
on seek bar... NO display part ?
Hey Jarrod. Any idea when/why NO legion 7 gen 7 reviews are out? Like NONE! the laptops are out in the wild now....
Hey, can you make a video on the Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58 2022 model?
I have solved wifi problem in msi gp66 vektor, it was just a bug, you need to install fixed backport(I was using kali on my pc)
It is always just insane seeing that Legion 5i Pro topping the nT chart. I am so happy with it, such a great machine. Hoenstly why would anyone go with the i9?
I think they must just seek the name sake. “Having an i9 is better than an i7” right lol.
@@frostgodx or they are professionals
Thanks for the review Jarrod,
Can you make a comparison between these 2 CPU's """"""Core i7-11800H and Ryzen 7 6800H""""(Both of them with RTX 3060) in your upcoming videos ??
@PC_Modder prices will be different too
Man, each time I see CP2077 FPS I fall in love with the GE76.
It's a shame that rtx 40 are around the corner so it's very likely that current laptop's prices will drop
MSI Stealth GS66 💪
GJ
I wonder if the Asus tuf f15 3070 or the Legion 5i perform as well as the Legion 5i pro
Please do the MSI Stealth 17.3 inches with RTX 4080, thanks.
Please do a comparison between Asus flox X16 and Asus Vivobook pro 16X
There is the eluk max 15 and the lenovo legion slim 7 pro x
these have one thing in common, I can't afford any of them.
problem with thin and light is the power limits due to thermos, even with a 3080ti the TGP will be limited and we know power = performance if you want to get a gaming laptop to replace the desktop i would suggest get bigger laptops at least you know youll have the power you need to game
That's right. But remember that these laptops aren't meant to be desktop replacements but on the go laptops that bring some gaming performance.
blades sequential write are most like abysmall since its 96%! full and cant really use a slc write cache for the test
Hey, Jarrod.
I was wondering if you have ever thought of comparing a Laptop with Core i7-12700H or its AMD equivalent CPU and a 3060Ti/3070Ti in it with a PC having i5-12400F/Ryzen 5-5600X with the same or a little weak GPU. I mean the specs don't have to be the way I said but I think it would show us really well how Laptops are a safe bet now, not that it isn't clear already from your Laptops vs PC videos having similar specs but still...
please review ( rog zephyrus duo 16 ) 3080 ti
and benchmark 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
pls compare gs66 with ga503 as well
GS66 easily. It’s reliable and will last for years to come oh yea and no battery explosion 💥
its funny how idiots think Razer is well designed bec fans don't go off... LMAO... then they PAY UP...bottom line, some people r swayed by aesthetics then make up stuff about other manufacturers or the blade to justify the idiotic premium
Advanced Optimus is also supposed to just do that automatically
Would be Nice if you include kg specs
Anyone know about hp omen 17 ck1023tx? Please let me know where I can find this laptop?
@WhatsApp㊉①⑧①⑤⑨⓪⑧⑨⑤②⑨ sure
Alienware x series ??
Thats really nice u comparing thats many laptops! I wanted to ask, maybe you or someone knows why on my legion 5 colors are washed out? I tried reinstal drivers of nvidia , screen adapters etc, windows update also has the neweset drivers. I dont have any color filters and i tired many programs to make colors as default but it says is default and is very washed out ... is brand new laptop . At the begning i noticed it was washed out when i turned hybrid mode off but then is whole time even with on ... I will be very gratefull if someone can help. It seems almost nobody has that issue...
@ali282h Is disabled. Screen is like washed out, but colors are still on it. At the beging it started when i turned hybrid mode off but now is whole time ..
Request: Can you test egpu with a processor such as 12700H? And show performance both laptop screen and external screen.
I'm looking to pair an egpu with this laptop " Asus ZenBook Flip 15 Q539ZD". Its 1.8kg, its like a ultrabook but it can sustain 55W on 12700H
What about zephyrus g15?
Yeah no idea, it's better then both of these. So is the m16
damn I gotta admit, that MSI logo is way stealthier. If only Razer had the same, so I didn't have to buy a skin to have a respectable laptop in public
MSI Creator 4k Oled 3080 11800h 16gb 1tb nvme for $2200+whatever tax now thats a steal and I got that back in Jan, MSI is just too hard to pass up on pricing plust their 99.9/w/hr batter it's a tiny little beast.
I'm missing logical and/or rational arguments in this comparison. But nevertheless it's an interesting contribution.
Would someone explain me which combo is good
Ryzen + Radeon
Ryzen + Nvidia
Intel + Nvidia
Does this make any significant difference ? Can't find an answer for this. Would be nice If someone can give a detailed explanation on this
With respect to driver issues, stability and performance
@@vishanthfastino2468 Intel + Nvidia
Thank you for the replies
What about driver issues? I had a Radeon which had driver issues for several years, every time i upgraded windows. And it would take a year or so to find stable version of drivers. Is that still the case with AMD? Or is it just the same with nvidia
@ali282h I'm thought about all AMD, better thermals, battery life and perhaps less fan noise. But with win 11 already a bit unstable, don't want to be stuck with more of the same driver issues 😁
I have never seen a review from you of a Razor Blade, and thought "that looks like something for me". Much less "Wow, I gotta have it!". Who buys a Razer Blade? It must be a very small niche.
Hello sir .🙏
I’m from Nepal 🇳🇵and learning ethical hacking which laptop should i buy ?
Thank you ☮️
Paying 500$ more for Razer u also get 1TB SSD (MSI has only 512) and QHD display :) (3060 version)
These specs are easily changed upon purchase. The 3070ti Gs66 has the qhd display readily available at Costco.
MSI GS66 forever
Asus strix g15 2022 review pleasee
Wut about asus zeph g15
To everyone, The price u pay for those laptops is that because they are tested producs not like tuf things etc
They just publish a laptop that overheats and doesnt have a solutions, i was owner of a tuff15 2021 for 1year it was a terrible product , software problems , armory create is full of crap doesnt work sh1t , i saw a lot of good reviews it was shit.
I bought razer blade 2022 everybody said it had problems, like battery bloating, overheating
None of those problems i got, so far so good , razer synapse work crasy af , never gltiches like armory create etc
My point is that not everthing u see and hear its true,
Find what suits u best,
Best regards💚
They have to get rid of the huge green logo on the back of the screen.
Hello Jared.
I want to buy a laptop Acer Aspire 7 A715-42G-R8BL
it has rtx 3050 ti and ryzen 5 5500u and 8 gb of ram
im gonna upgrade the ram to 16
have you seen it?
can you review it?
i haven't seen much acer products in this channel
thank you
thats thin?
The review looks like paid by Razor and thus biased. I was choosing what to buy. And maintenance and support is a big deal. I had MSI for 8 years before no major issues. But I am always open to new and considered Razor, With battery bloating thing I would prefer still MSI that I know or will still have a look on something else.
The Razer review isn't sponsored/paid for. None of my reviews are.
0:03 an all "black metal" gaming laptop? then why are you wearing an in flames shirt 🤣🤣🤣
The Blades bios is inexcusable.
A-men
For a long time I'm watching reviews of laptops unavailable to buy. Totally virtual laptops.
Not in central Europe for sure.
Jarrod, i know it's not in this video. Recommendation though. Which laptop to buy. The new Legion 5i Pro 3070 Ti for $2049 or the Legion 7i for $2879?
Somebody please helps me choosing between Aorus 17x with RTX 2070 Super 115W vs Legion 5 Pro with RTX 3060 130W. May the 6 gb of vram get worse in the future. Thanks for reading.
I personally would go with the 3060 purely because it has a higher TGP. The VRAM might become an issue but then again you will be using DLSS/FSR for upcoming AAA games anyway which will mitigate VRAM issue
@@abhi_sh3_k that isnt a reason to purchase, 40 turing units at 115w are about the same or faster than 30 ampere units at ~120w
