I bought fladrafinil, noopept and phenylpiracetam a year ago. I didn't feel anything from the phenylpiracetam and while the fladrafinil and noopept did have an effect on me I didn't notice it at first because it's not a crazy energy. It gets you going but it's not like the first time I took caffeine where I felt highly energetic, euphoric and mentally sharp.

Nootropics have changed my life. A B-complex supplement has essentially turned me into a new person. It helps with everything and makes everything you do seem a little easier.
I'm considering using bacopa to improve mind focus. What's your experience with bacopa? Do you recommend taking concentrated extracts or the raw powder?
Jatamansi and bacopa monnieri are two supplements I've found v. useful to combat patchy memory and brain fog. Individually, they are pretty good. Taken together, they are excellent!
Recommending caffeine for staying awake is like recommending nicotine for relaxing (minus the whole cancer stuff and such). Like yes, it does that in the short run, but there's a reason why people who drink tons of caffeine always "need their morning coffee": Because they become *less* alert over time, in part because their veins vasoconstrict, leading to less blood flow to the brain, and with that less energy to the brain. Nicotine is also great for being calm, except after a while you're always super stressed out if you don't get your nicotine...

Nootropics are legit depending on the ingredients, dosages and quality. Numerous studies confirm the positive effects of various nootropics on the brain and body.
Nootropics do not have FDA-approved indications due to lack of objective evidence of their effectiveness. All Nootropics permitted by law are registered as biologically active supplements - dietary supplements, and not as drugs.

Most medical physicians have a couple of weeks out of their entire schooling on nutrition, so in all reality your medical physician isn't going to know at all what is being talked about. Very true u wat happens the person overloads the brain with dopamine look it up on RUclips alot doctor's talk about it

Yes and it also ruins sex life if you have any partner, since you will waste your energy doing stuff(manstributing) instead of pleasing your partner.
