Great video BUT.. you don't need to touch Radahn.
1 - Mount up IMMEDIATELY and run away to dodge his initial ranged attacks.
2 - Circle back to the helper summoning stones and summon them as you ride by (As TheGamer demonstrated)
3 - Keep riding until the helpers engage Radahn (They run to him so sometimes it can take a little time)
4 - Chill until they begin to die and note roughly where they were when they died because that's where their new summoning stone will appear. I just kept riding during this.
5 - You can resummon them immediately. There doesn't appear to be any delay in how fast you can resummon them after they die.
Rinse and repeat.
In my case I would take the occasional opportunity to fire some bleed arrows at Radahn. I think I hit him with about 6 arrows the entire fight. I was no where near him when he went down. This fight relies entirely on the helpers, you're just along for the ride. The best thing you can do is keep yourself healthy, safe and keep the helpers summoned.
I was level 48 with 35 Vigor and 20 Dex. I had a +12 Katana that never got used and a +10 bow that I fired the bleed arrows with. My gear is literally starter gear from the Godrick knight. I didn't record it because I was messing around and never expected to win.

The summoning stones are reappearing anywhere but where the npc died 😭

At first I kept dying to the arrows 💀
However after seeing this video I understood how to do this fight. Using your strategy of keeping all the summons alive while maintaining my distance and sniping with my staff I was able to kill him 1st try after watching this video. Well done 👏

I think there is a limited amount of summons I tried to beat him with just npcs and they got him down to about 1/10 his health and then i couldnt find gold summons anywhere. I’m going to level up a bow and see if i can just help them out a little. It doesnt help that players have left white message marks all over. Think ill turn off multiplayer as well and try it that way.

Quick tip, if you’re doing close combat then run in a circle as yky approach him to dodge all his attacks and then stay right under him or right behind him and ride torrent while you attack
You could defeat him with just summons.... That's if you can get past those BS arrows first lol.
I'm having a very difficult time with those arrows :(

I amazingly beat him on the first try! I was shocked!
I just kept circling him at a good distance reviving everyone and taking cheat shots at him with my longbow.
I'm a melee build, but I kept a good longbow on me & I would normally use it to poke enemies to make them come to me & fight on my terms.
The worse I did to myself is getting knocked off my horse and accidently gesturing on my PS5 controller lol. (Luck I didn't die the 2 times I did it)
I almost beat him first try he was literally one hit away then he got me off my horse then hit me with all the meteors then jumped on me

I.... did not even realize those were for summoning... I never even tried or paid attention to them... I beat him on my own with the Hook Claws.... Seems like I made it way harder than necessary... Oh well! I did kick his ass though... he had barely a spec of HP when he lifted off for his second phase... when he landed back down, I only needed to strike him once... it was amazing...

I beat him after I stopped trying to be cute. I got in there and just fought him with the summons and we beat him pretty easily. just stay out of his big attacks and attack him from the back while the summons fight him directly

Bro that was so easy I didn’t even need the video all I did was use blood flame blade and run around on the horse while my summons took the hits
FFS, it's MAY-LAY not ME-LAY or god forbid ME-LEE. That aside, thanks for the info on how to get into the castle! I usually end up there after progressing Ranni's quest and the first portal sends me into the festival.

How do you avoid the blue orbs Radahn shoots at you right after you cross the portal? I can't seem to dodge them.
It is really hard. If you are on a mount then you have to dismount and roll at the perfect time.
@@dhanushkher9526 I found a way to consistently avoid them at the beginning. Ride Torrent to the right, maybe jumping once along the way, and dismount behind the peak of a hill and the stacked junk. Radahn will shoot the arrows at the junk. After about 5-6 arrows fired at you he then shoots a cluster of them up in the air.
u can dodge them with ur classic dodge roll and then mount up when he fires is non-magical arrows
@@Cody4062 What I ended up doing was horsey-backing to the right and jumping off behind the collections of weapons and armor. Once he fired straight up into the air I rode back the other way, summoned a bunch of spirits, and then avoided meteors and arrows until they all arrived to where Radahn was. Then, I rode up to him and blasted him with Scarlet Rot. Had to do it twice and just avoid him.
@@atlantic_love sounds like that works perfectly fine as well. What I really like about this boss (or the entire game tbh) is that there are so many different ways to approach the 'problems' :D

This video doesn't provide any decent strategy on how to defeat him. It's basically just a review. FFS it takes you 1/3 of the video just to get to the fight! I mean who the hell is searching for a video on how to defeat this boss AND doesn't know how to get to him?!
