    What can I use to make it an eggless cake

      Egg substitute are chia seeds (1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water = 1 egg) or flaxseed (1 tbsp. ground Flax seeds + 3 tbsp water = 1 egg). Or plain jogurt (1/4 cup = 1 egg ). Or banana (1/2 banana = 1 egg)
      For this recipe, I suggest using jogurt. I hope it helps.

      My tip is to add 1/2 tbsp baking soda to the yogurt and rest for 5 -10 minutes to have a fluffy consistency.

      Yes you can 😊 you just have to pour hot water in the baking sheet then place the baking pan with the batter in it, in the middle.

    How long rice flour cake last in room temp mam..and we can use this cake for frosting

      I didn't put it in the fridge until 2 days after I made it and it was still good.
      Yes, you can use it for frosting 😊 I made the same rice chiffon cake but the red velvet one with frosting and it was amazing 😍

      If you bake it, you have to cover with aluminum foil and put it in a water bath then bake at 180°C for about 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.

    It didn't work when I tried to make the white foam .. why?

      Maybe a drop of egg yolk is mixed into the egg white. The egg yolk will prevent the egg white to get foamy even if it's just a tiny drop of it. Try to separate the egg yolk 1 by 1 like I shown in the video. In case an egg yolk breaks set it aside and you can use it in other way.

    When you cut the cake, I could see that the top portion of the cake was uncooked, it looked compact like pudding.

      Olive oil has a strong taste. It will change the taste of the cake. I tried it once and I couldn't eat it 🤣 although I love using olive oil in my kitchen. It will spoil the taste.

      Yes, you can use the oven. All you have to do is cover it with aluminum foil and put it in a deep baking tray/sheet, then pour HOT water. You have to bake it in a water bath like Leche flan. Bake for about an hour at 180 °C.
