Thanks, Jana and Nathan. I couldn't agree more. Prog has made me happy since 1974, when I first heard Rick Wakeman, and "Journey To The Centre Of The Earth". It helps me with my mental health issues.

1. I would say I have more emotional connection with artist like The Dear Hunter, Thank You Scientist, Yes, ... than pop music. In pop I disconnect for the egotistical/narcistic feel to some songs for example: Flowers Miley Cyrus, Me Taylor Swift, Sorry Justin Bieber,...
2. Also like you said it is creative something else not afraid to use different rhythm and melodies. Even Ed Sheeran said they are only using four chords in pop...
3. There is even an article that said in 60s until 90s they pumped a lot of money to be creative with music until the investments in the 90s fails so they started to be more commercial.
4. I also think it is a little bit medieval to have a net worth on a person. People like Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez are commercial products?

Prog has superior musicianship and creativity to other rock genres(jazz rock is close), and, lyrically, very little sappy romance songs, very little " sex drugs and rock and roll/party songs "...

Y’all 2 together are amazing both y’all got that bubbly personality and glow to you. Your faces light up like Christmas tree with your passion for prog. I’m Thankful for people who are married. Bonding together like this.
Always make your wife or husband your best friend. These videos with Jana is basically what me my wife do I learned from my parents. Weekly date nite.
My parents are married for 41 years.
I been married 13 doing this method.
Once week make date nite with your spouse. Do something together.
Both us engage in something else other like get to understand each other’s personality.
My wife like country music so I compromise my free will to fit into her world.
We play board games on Sunday. And listen to music together.
We make playlists. Whoever wins game get play 5 songs.
So it challenges us win card games and board games while we both connect setting our differences aside.
Getting fall in love with other personality.
