Yeah, but yet, at the distance they shoot, sight is of minor importance. If someone shoots you at 5m distance theres not much you can do.

@@sgtransportations7103 I think goalkeeper is not blind because there should one being able to see and vocally guide the team mates but also think that he is not allowed to come out of box.
Other reason might be if there is blind goalkeeper then both sides of the team will be scoring alot of goals.

Surprised noone has put this yet if it's like what my friend from school did then some can be partially blind like him so this is to just make sure none of them are at a clear advantage and are all on the same playing field sort of thing I'd guess anyway hope this helps 🙂
