Wish list would be: * Dedicated trim (yeah, I realize the input drive can manage this). * Stereoizer - I found a few mixes collapsing (UNLESS I found certain freq/volume "sweet spots" to bring it back fuller). * More styles - vocal production ("a capella") would be great. * M/S processing - bc that just a great tool. Pretty pleased with initial tweaking thus far...nice lushness to this. Good job👍 Hymn
I didn't see you touching the compressor section at all.......... is the compression section on this plugin automatic i.e no user control available other than the input drive ??
@dafingaz nice. I tried it today, I really like it. What I like about it is that it's not a tool to fix bad mixes. It will do a great job at mastering good mixes, which is precisely what mastering should be. If I need to work at mastering a track to fix problems, it's because the mix needs work and should be fixed before it even gets to mastering. If anyone complains this plugin doesn't work well, I'm gonna say it's pretty much because they're feeding it bad mixes.

I hate the fact that you cannot access all of the components. I was under the impression you could click on a component and it allow you to tweak any of the controls. I dont want some guy, even if he is a great mastering talent, I dont want him telling me which controls I should be tweaking and which I cannot touch! Its a real disappointment for people who want to dive in and get their hands dirty and use every component and tweak every knob.

Why is it the vocals on software demo songs are always so weak and off pitch? Great backing tracks and wandering or harsh vox? It's almost axiomatic. Always makes it hard for me to pay attention to the mix. That said, the processing quality of this software is pretty good. Doesn't muddy up the mids while adding body. Nice.
+ikmultimedia Well it certainly showcases how much your mastering software helps the mix. From that aspect the track works, because of the level of improvement. But those vocals are a bit hard to listen to over time. Sorry to be negative...

Just tried it, and I like it…for 200.-bucks it is really a great and easy to use mastering tool.
I recommend it highly.
Can you add more metering options (e.g. LUFs meter?)

Interesting product. I am missing the option which would automatically adjust the level of processed track to original mix.
Hopefully, you're better at mixing now so you realize that you can accomplish good sounds without the plugin holding your hand.

Yes, if you have already created a mix that you'd like to master you can use Lurssen Mastering Console to create the master.

In mastering, you shouldn't have to tweak tweak tweak!!!
Haha, use an eq, comp, and limiter then dog. Nobody wants to stop you from screwing your mix up.

Hmm, mastering on a iPad ,, I'm not sure if I like this idea but I'm willing to hope for the best.
It's already being done with great results. This is one of a few great products.
