I love the concept of this video but the power levels in dbz have been explained in the daizenshuu. They aren’t multiplicative. They are more like decibels in sound. For a better breakdown of it Seththeprogrammer has a video on where end of Naruto Shippuden sasuke and Naruto would be when they were in their final forms. They sit at about a power level of 180. And they were wiping out mountains casually. So a difference in 180 and 210 is literally earth shattering. The reason power levels in dbz exist was mostly because it’s hard to draw people going faster or punching harder when they have been casually light speed since og dragon ball. But they became a meme over time because of how crazy high the numbers are. But the reason they are like that is author intent. Meme or not. Kinda like Superman sneezing away a galaxy. It may not make sense but that’s how they wanted the story to be told. So that’s how it is. Thanks for reading o7

Also anime anxiety’s video is about early Saiyan saga krillen. Seth’s video you’re talking about is krillen in super. Which not unironically for no reason other than author intent. Got to literal super Saiyan God (not blue) in base. Did he train for it? No. Is he still a joke that gets one kicked by most real villains? Yes. But he’s still (based off of Gokus feats in battle of Gods) able to wipe out the dbz universe with just the after shock of trading punches with people. Yes it’s dumb but for some reason every time a new stronger opponent comes along they feel like every character needs to be relevant. So again by author intent. Krillen is a monster.

Both the video and you though are forgetting that the scouter reads energy levels, so it doesn't take into account the shotgun. Power level 5 is just the energy level of a civilian. So it should be 5 power level roughly equals the 22 points on child emperor's device scanning a hero association employee.
Its definitely weird to scale. For example tatsumaki was shown to very easily handle 300xs gravity which was about vegetas limit during the future trunks saga, pre super saiyan. Although at the same time saiyan saga characters like nappa were able to destroy planets so its pretty weird to say

I think the conversion numbers work better before any sort of training is applied to either side, because in DBZ, we can see that at a certain point, it is not much that the physical side of them is the one improving but their ki and their way to control it is what really allows them to fight even harder every time Meanwhile, we have absolutely no clue what taking into account non-physical sources would look like in OPM, we do not know if consistent training would have a linear, exponential or any sort of impact in their metaphysical strength; I'd say so just by looking at the few cases of characters doing training over short periods of time and yet having an explosion in their capabilities So yeah, converting the values becomes more inaccurate the more either of the two people measured has trained
I figured the Human fighters would be roughly Bang's strength... Piccolo would probably be classified as a Monster and have people invading his peaceful wastelands... but he would really only have trouble if Tatsumaki or Blast went after him, they're the only ones with feats strong enough for a Namekian. Bonus though Tatsumaki would have a short flying dude to hang out with if Krillin Crossed over to OPM.
Its just we gotta focus on one fact: already in the fight between the z fighters and the plantmans in the very old seasons they said by the fight with yamcha that their moves are so fast that you couldnt see it with your eyes. And that was only by yamcha and a plantman. And it was in the very old season. Now just imagne kirllin who is stronger then yamcha in the newest seasons. Defently like one guy place under saitama. Krillin actually clears the S class minus blast even before the start of Z as hes stronger than jackie chun who blew up the moon with a power level of 180 going by the filler in buu saga he beats even Saitama and solos the verse by top in super

Nice video but your base analytic is inaccurate, the DB scotter doesn't read the weapons like the shotgun, doesn't have a internal energy in a simply gun, well the power of 5 in DB is only for the man who's fat. Exist two possibilities for calculate the level of this Human in the Okami Mask: One is divide by 4 the power level of the Asociación executive. Or two is keeping in mind the conditions of earth in OPM, that earth is passing on history for radiation environment across the eras of changes, well the humans in OPM are stronger physically and the power level of 22 is accurate in DB. One of the two choices is fine
Cool, tho power levels in DB work diffrently, I mean roshi from original DB was able to end the moon, and you know it is pretty big, so if being 5 times stronger made your power level 5 times higher then roshi's level would be 10^25 or something like that, and of course it isn't.
This is a question of which krillin are you talking about. Sayian saga he’s probably a class, since he scales to master roshi and piccolos moon feat. Names saga or above he solos most s class hero’s. The only one who I’m not sure about is blast due to his hax.

DB power from Z fighters are typically suppressed. Which we see when Goku of a BP of 412 go up to 1200 with a Kamehameha and piccolo with 408 went up to 1330-1480 with the special beam canon.
Probably everybody and thing until Saitama went up against cosmic Garou. Remember he has lapped a few times past his fight with Freeza not counting Super. He can easily destroy a planet therefore, especially when Piccolo could blow up the moon so early on. Krillin ends up probably a bit stronger than Piccolo when he combined with Kami. If it's not Saitama, God, Garou, and Boros, and maybe Blast, there's no contest.

i think the employee would be equal in strength to farmer, so farmer would be 22, also as numbers go up i think it would have a diminished increase in scale like Y + X = Z - Z/?% where Z is dbz power level and Y is kid emperor number and X is power of ki that cant be measured by kid emperor and the percentage being subtracted would be something displaying that the growth from krilling to vegeta isnt linear but rather some kind of curve?

As we decend to sragon ball super 2, new class had to be created for the z fighters ( SS rank ) and for those other worldly legendary [ mui goku, vegita ego, freeza black, trained brolly, beerus, wish] they will go starting up to the sss class with saitama where the mask readings gets over loaded

Your power level estimation btw both animes is quite wrong cause in Dragon Ball power level measure according to one's ki or life force, even scouters in dragon ball prioritise ki energy over strength. In dragon ball power level of 150 can be considered as complete moon destroyer( example king piccolo from dragon ball marital arts tournament ) and power level 1200 to multiple planatory destroyer (eample saibaman from dragon ball z). But in opm verse instead of some characters all scale under multi continental level even tastumski s rank 2.
You didnt even get to the end of Z which krillin is at 1.5 mill Which is 15 mill points to your scale, so he at least clears the s class except maybe blast we dont know how powerful he truely is

Besides the scouter doesn't typically scans physical strength of a person's chi from their soul. So the reading should be 100x rather than just 10. Chi is a very powerful things. Whatever Saitama did in manga was done by mere kid Goku in dragon ball 😂😂.
I think Saitama’s character and infinite power are a rip from the DB universe on purpose as a parody of the natural end of the continuous power creep/level ups in manga/anime.
If Saitama is supposed to be a parody character, why do people feel the need to say "he solos x verse" if thats already obvious from the premise that he is a parody? Or is he not a parody? This is something that always comfuses me about the OPM fandom because i always see people saying "he is a parody character" anf others saying "he is not parody he has quantifiable feats"
I don't usually like to go into the weeds on this, but if you really want to know, most people that claim 'Saitama is a gag/parody character, therefore he solos because lol' are either intentionally being dumb because they think it's funny, or they are full-on delusional. OPM's author has gone on record saying Saitama ISN'T meant to be purely a joke character. The 'joke' part of Saitama is that he has the strength of an anime protagonist from the END of their series, but he has it at the BEGINNING of his. The truth is, we can't actually measure Saitama's actual cross-verse strength based on anything other than vibes and best guesses based on incomplete evidence, as literally every feat he's ever shown isn't his full power. For example, if you tried to extrapolate his power from the Boros fight, you might put him at multi-planetary to star level, where if you applied the same scaling to the Cosmic Garou fight, you'd likely calc him somewhere between solar system level to galaxy level. And hey - if you want to theorycraft what his power level is based on these feats, go nuts, that can be fun - but anyone giving you a definitive 'Saitama clears' OR a definitive 'Saitama gets clapped' is just wrong - we literally DO NOT KNOW. But the important thing to take away is that anyone claiming Saitama wins solely based on his 'gag character' status is either trying to start a fight or just plain wrong, and in either case, do try to ignore them, as no good comes out of those arguments.

The thing that does leave me with some doubt is about how likely is the following: up to this point we have clearly seen that he is commpletely unmatchable in terms of raw power, with such things as speed or strenght, but how would he be against non-usual methods of defeat? Since we established that his state as a "gag character" is not something we should consider, thus rendering him (as far as we know in that regard) as not invincible, then could he get erased from existence by a reality warper? And if time affects him, can he be aged to dust by a being with time powers? I ask this because i've seen people answer such questions with "yeah because he is that strong" but idk, those things go beyond strenght. What do you think?
Ignoring power scaling just doesn’t make sense, the reason DB abandoned power levels is because they’re nonsensical to quantify with numbers when you’re someone like krillin, whose sparred with someone who can punch the universe apart
Good and interessting video but I wouldn't say such a comparison isn't very logical due to ligical inconsistencies in Dragonball. Because even Roshi, who is weaker than Son Goku and Piccolo by the beginning of DBZ who had 400 can destroy the moon. Meaning that the Farmer woth the shotgun is less than 80 times weaker than the power to destroy the moon. Even if you wouldn't count the same feat of Piccolo abd say that Frieza with 120mio powerlevel was barely able to destroy a planet similar to earth (which by far isn't barely), he still would have 1/24million th of the power destroying earth wich he totaly hasn't. The are clearly logical inconsistencies the writer pretty much didn't care about. And the powerlevels in Dragonball where only implementet way after moondestructing feats. So the only logical way to not have those inconsistencies is to assume that powerlevels up to 1000 or a bit under don't go linear but grow exponentially. Making your points invalid. I don't know so much about OPM but the 400 at least needed to destroy the moon would be 4000. And I doubt the bear with 905 has more than ⅕ the strenght destroying the moon or the demon level spider monster with 6999 either. Because I thing being able to destroy the moon would make it a god level monster

@@hurmuzi1545Krillin in the Saiyan Saga is stronger than Radish who is 3 times stronger than Piccolo who with heavy clothes can destroy the moon casualy and Radish can tank this attacks making him Moon + level. Furthermore Roshi in the 21st Budokai did the same with a full power kamehameha. This Roshi is weaker than red ribon ark Goku who is probably just as powerfull with a normal kamehameha, but then 22nd Budokai Goku should be on the level of potency of full power Roshi so he is Moon level. After that King Piccolo tanked an attack from Goku and just like Radish he took no damage, and this was old Piccolo! So after reganing his youth Piccolo stated to be infinetly stronger and so powerfull that he could destroy the moon, 23rd Budokai Goku makes Tien, who was allmost as strong as king Piccolo, look like fodder. And the Piccolo that did no damage to Radish is just as strong with clothes on. So probably large Planetary level. Old Piccolo is Moon+/small planetary, Young Piccolo is planetary and Radish is much above it. Last in DB with a power level of 10K it's stated you can blow up planets, but it's probably any size planet and earth is a small planet in DB standars so planets like Júpiter should be the mid tier.

Isn’t the entire point of the power levels from DBZ that they weren’t very accurate? It would be a lot easier to compare feats. I get How some people don’t like power feeling, but this kind of like wishy-washy power scaling video but without any of the accurate power scaling is kind of missing the whole point Edit: I have to reiterate this is supposed to be constructive criticism. If you’re going to make a power scaling video like how far we grill and make it in one punch man use actual power scaling.

Tatsumaki has an edge due to her telekinesis, that is true. But with how smart Krillin can be in battle, I can imagine him escaping Tatsumakis tricks. Who knows maybe her telekinesis isn't even effective at all.
1) The scouter isn't scanning the gun. The man himself had a power level of 5. I would have said a 5x multiplier made more sense, BUT... 2) As many have pointed out, DBZ power levels are not linear. An average man has a power level of 5. Let's even use your 10x multiplier to skew this as in your favor as possible. It has been demonstrated that a power level of like, 600 (less that that probably ,but I am being conservative in the estimate here) in DBZ can destroy the moon. that's a 6000 power level in your OPM scale. Bang couldn't even destroy a meteor, and you're saying every S-class hero is over 7000, but 6000 should enough to destroy the moon if your scale way correct... Don't get me wrong, well researched and well made video, but I do not think your scales are right.
Muten-Roshi had a power level of 132 when they got the scouters. He destroyed the moon several years in advance. Although you can argue if he got stronger or not but I think 200-300 was his powerlevel when firing the kamehameha at the moo
@@z.z.3841 It was 139, but also: 1) Roshi was in a more powered up state during that fight. He didn't go full huge buff mode, but he was pretty ripped at the time. I'd call it a semi-powered up state. 2) Goku's Kamehameha outputs more than double his base power level, and Roshi is far more experienced with the Kamehameha. Lowballing I'd round Roshi up to 150 when powered up, and if I apply Goku's Kamehameha modifier of about 2.25x, we get 337.5, though I am inclined to take the Daizenshuu's power level of a fighting-fit Roshi of 180 and say his mastery of the Kamehameha is more likely to give something closer to a 3x multiplier, which would give us 540. Moon destruction power is somewhere in that range. I did say though it's certainly LESS than 600; I was just highballing as much as I could justify for the sake of the argument, as I already said. If we take the lowball figure of 337.5, and apply this 10x converter, that's only 3375 power level in OPM numbers needed to destroy the moon, which proves my point EVEN MORE, so I don't really know what you're debating here. Kinda just proving my point.
Krillin would low - mid diff the S-class even in early to mid dbz. During that time he was already a planet buster, the S-class has power that range from to small country to small planetary. But with Blast included, he no diffs mid dbz Krillin. Also a regular bear in one punch man has around 900 points, while Piccolo, who had around the same power level number, can casually blow up a moon. That should be a better example of the differences in the two scouting devices. This was a fun video, lol. I liked it. Nice.👍

Ain't no way by the time Krillin got to namek he couldn't destroy a planet himself. The only 4 people in one punch who could be calculated at that level would be saitama, boros, cosmic garou, and god himself. Possibly blast but we don't know enough about him. Not a single other person is on that level.
Blast has his own entire battalion against God and multiple God lvl threats on the scale of cosmic garou and even higher as blast stated greater threats than garou are ought to come, we're only operating on opm earth thatswhy the god tiers arent being highlighted yet

I love the concept of this video but the power levels in dbz have been explained in the daizenshuu. They aren’t multiplicative. They are more like decibels in sound. For a better breakdown of it Seththeprogrammer has a video on where end of Naruto Shippuden sasuke and Naruto would be when they were in their final forms. They sit at about a power level of 180. And they were wiping out mountains casually. So a difference in 180 and 210 is literally earth shattering. The reason power levels in dbz exist was mostly because it’s hard to draw people going faster or punching harder when they have been casually light speed since og dragon ball. But they became a meme over time because of how crazy high the numbers are. But the reason they are like that is author intent. Meme or not. Kinda like Superman sneezing away a galaxy. So it should be 5 power level roughly equals the 22 points on child emperor's device scanning a hero association employee.

I think the conversion numbers work better before any sort of training is applied to either side, because in DBZ, we can see that at a certain point, it is not much that the physical side of them is the one improving but their ki and their way to control it is what really allows them to fight even harder every time
Meanwhile, we have absolutely no clue what taking into account non-physical sources would look like in OPM, we do not know if consistent training would have a linear, exponential or any sort of impact in their metaphysical strength; I'd say so just by looking at the few cases of characters doing training over short periods of time and yet having an explosion in their capabilities
So yeah, converting the values becomes more inaccurate the more either of the two people measured has trained

DB power from Z fighters are typically suppressed. Which we see when Goku of a BP of 412 go up to 1200 with a Kamehameha and piccolo with 408 went up to 1330-1480 with the special beam canon.
Krillin became strong enough in Z to fight full power final form Frieza. 120m+.
In Super, he can hold his own against a highly suppressed Goku.

If Saitama is supposed to be a parody character, why do people feel the need to say "he solos x verse" if thats already obvious from the premise that he is a parody? Or is he not a parody? This is something that always comfuses me about the OPM fandom because i always see people saying "he is a parody character" anf others saying "he is not parody he has quantifiable feats"
I don't usually like to go into the weeds on this, but if you really want to know, most people that claim 'Saitama is a gag/parody character, therefore he solos because lol' are either intentionally being dumb because they think it's funny, or they are full-on delusional. OPM's author has gone on record saying Saitama ISN'T meant to be purely a joke character. The 'joke' part of Saitama is that he has the strength of an anime protagonist from the END of their series, but he has it at the BEGINNING of his.
The truth is, we can't actually measure Saitama's actual cross-verse strength based on anything other than vibes and best guesses based on incomplete evidence, as literally every feat he's ever shown isn't his full power. For example, if you tried to extrapolate his power from the Boros fight, you might put him at multi-planetary to star level, where if you applied the same scaling to the Cosmic Garou fight, you'd likely calc him somewhere between solar system level to galaxy level. And hey - if you want to theorycraft what his power level is based on these feats, go nuts, that can be fun - but anyone giving you a definitive 'Saitama clears' OR a definitive 'Saitama gets clapped' is just wrong - we literally DO NOT KNOW. But the important thing to take away is that anyone claiming Saitama wins solely based on his 'gag character' status is either trying to start a fight or just plain wrong, and in either case, do try to ignore them, as no good comes out of those arguments.

Because even Roshi, who is weaker than Son Goku and Piccolo by the beginning of DBZ who had 400 can destroy the moon. Meaning that the Farmer woth the shotgun is less than 80 times weaker than the power to destroy the moon. Even if you wouldn't count the same feat of Piccolo abd say that Frieza with 120mio powerlevel was barely able to destroy a planet similar to earth (which by far isn't barely), he still would have 1/24million th of the power destroying earth wich he totaly hasn't.

So after reganing his youth Piccolo stated to be infinetly stronger and so powerfull that he could destroy the moon, 23rd Budokai Goku makes Tien, who was allmost as strong as king Piccolo, look like fodder. And the Piccolo that did no damage to Radish is just as strong with clothes on.
So probably large Planetary level. Old Piccolo is Moon+/small planetary, Young Piccolo is planetary and Radish is much above it.
Last in DB with a power level of 10K it's stated you can blow up planets, but it's probably any size planet and earth is a small planet in DB standars so planets like Júpiter should be the mid tier.

God full power should beat all of Z and GT at max because Super just is all above universal (if they destroyed the universe in super there wouldn't be a show now would there? Just because the universe is intact doesn't mean they can't destroy it, it means fiction has limits so a story can be told, the story couldn't be told if they destroyed the universe every punch, well it could but it would be needlessly complicated)

Tatsumaki has an edge due to her telekinesis, that is true. But with how smart Krillin can be in battle, I can imagine him escaping Tatsumakis tricks. Who knows maybe her telekinesis isn't even effective at all.
1) The scouter isn't scanning the gun. The man himself had a power level of 5. I would have said a 5x multiplier made more sense, BUT...
2) As many have pointed out, DBZ power levels are not linear. An average man has a power level of 5. Let's even use your 10x multiplier to skew this as in your favor as possible. It has been demonstrated that a power level of like, 600 (less that that probably ,but I am being conservative in the estimate here) in DBZ can destroy the moon. that's a 6000 power level in your OPM scale. Bang couldn't even destroy a meteor, and you're saying every S-class hero is over 7000, but 6000 should enough to destroy the moon if your scale way correct...

Muten-Roshi had a power level of 132 when they got the scouters. He destroyed the moon several years in advance. Although you can argue if he got stronger or not but I think 200-300 was his powerlevel when firing the kamehameha at the moo

1) Roshi was in a more powered up state during that fight. He didn't go full huge buff mode, but he was pretty ripped at the time. I'd call it a semi-powered up state.
2) Goku's Kamehameha outputs more than double his base power level, and Roshi is far more experienced with the Kamehameha.
Lowballing I'd round Roshi up to 150 when powered up, and if I apply Goku's Kamehameha modifier of about 2.25x, we get 337.5, though I am inclined to take the Daizenshuu's power level of a fighting-fit Roshi of 180 and say his mastery of the Kamehameha is more likely to give something closer to a 3x multiplier, which would give us 540. Moon destruction power is somewhere in that range. I did say though it's certainly LESS than 600; I was just highballing as much as I could justify for the sake of the argument, as I already said. If we take the lowball figure of 337.5, and apply this 10x converter, that's only 3375 power level in OPM numbers needed to destroy the moon, which proves my point EVEN MORE, so I don't really know what you're debating here. Kinda just proving my point.

It was a little inaccurate. See the gun wouldn't be taken into acount so it would be a 22:5 ratio. Aka 4.4:1. Krillin would still be at S class tho.
Krillin would low - mid diff the S-class even in early to mid dbz. During that time he was already a planet buster, the S-class has power that range from to small country to small planetary. But with Blast included, he no diffs mid dbz Krillin. Also a regular bear in one punch man has around 900 points, while Piccolo, who had around the same power level number, can casually blow up a moon. At that point on time he was significantly stronger than on Namek against goku to a point where he could probably one shot himself. Meanwhile the fight between FF, Garou and Platinum S most definitely takes place at light speed+. Which should still be really fast even for mid-late Tournament of Power DB levels by that logic. Although it's hard to say as DB power levels and speed are inconsistent
