This was such a pleasant information video! Background music makes it not turn boring, volume ist just right, not too loud, so many get that wrong. Also your voice, your glowing smile and your calm tone are just so nice to listen to. Plus, every aspect of the system and the process is adressed, someone who has absolutely no clue can follow that blind, great stuff! On top of that you have a very nicely organised and populated video description, matching the nice structure and flow of your video. Speeding up those little parts that take a bit longer than you would like is a nice touch too, just enough to shorten the wait, that creates a comfortable little break. And your B-Roll is very nice too, you see what you need when you need it. Even if you happen to not care about screen printing, this is a textbook example of a really well made tutorial.
Probably save yourself a lot of that pigment if you put some into a smaller empty bottle (like a tomato ketchup bottle ) squeeze bottle and you can then control it better, or even a empty syringe might be more control over the amount .
@@squeegeeandink 10:42 I was talking about the paper scraper you wear using , if you were to put it into a squeeze bottle/syringe -you’d have more control on the amount your putting onto the scales (and waste less) 🙂
@@squeegeeandink your to late hehehe. WHen i saw your videos it so nice and we can learn also you know i love screen printing and i really do. when it comes to illustrator i don't have that one but i want to learn illustrator, i only have is photoshop and photopea.😅
Great Video. I wonder if there is a water based ink version of this for poster printing, if any one knows of one please let us know. Love your videos and instagram.
I need to create a DIY mixing system for leather edge paints. How many Pantone colors do I need to make whatever color I want within 90% accuracy? Will 14 to 16 colors be enough?
I think it is good! on this print it was just on a light coloured shirt but I have there have been jobs where I don't put an underbase down and double up the printing (print flash print) on colours like the yellow but print the greens / blues with just one layer..
Hey Ben, it was from our kitchen! I will have a look when I am next in the studio but I think a digital scale is all you need to look for, this isn’t particularly great
Why not just add ink with stainless steel ink scraper, it is a waste of ink, gloves in so hard-working is not environmental protection, can check can spare a little paper.
Very helpful. Thank you for taking the time to go through all the steps!
Awesome tutorial. Thank you for featuring our UltraMix 7500 color mixing system.
I love colours thanks and we waiting for more videos ♥️
Thank you. Nice smile!
Watched a few of your videos in a row, very informative and nicely thought out and put together!
Thanks! yeah we are trying hard to make them as useful as possible and practical for other printers to implement in their own studios.
This was such a great video! Thank you!
Loved the registration .perfect

Hello please what type of printing you suggest for lipbalm containers/ silkscreen or pad printing 2 colors
Hey, I doubt that is screen print, would stickers not do?
@squeegeeandink many lipbalms in the market without label it's dry offset printing/ but this type of printing is costy
does this only work using IC ink ? I recently just got triangle.

Hey! Yeah for the plastisol ink I don't add pigment but for waterbased I do. Are you talking about mixing waterbased inks?

Hey, Sorry I have no idea...
@@squeegeeandink Is it enough to identify Pantone primary, secondary, and tertiary colors (12 colors plus black and white) that look good enough?
@@pequodexpress Hi, I don't have the knowledge about creating Pantone mixing systems I am afraid.
How’s the opaqueness without underbase?
