Yeah, both parties are at fault. I felt terribly bad when I traded a 3 nado, 2 cyclone armor (5 and 4 with 2 to all skills) delirium pelt to a guy for a Lo rune. So much so that I spent 10 hours farming on my hammerdin and gave away all the loot I found to someone else, no matter what dropped.
Plot twist: there's numerous ladder seasons in legacy d2 where everything above Um or mal was considered a highrune (public dupes be like that). Here he's probably offering 2 "high runes" and a mid rune, probably a fair market value considering "trashy" enigma's value is around 2 highrunes.
Scrammer for me is the person who try buy enigma for mal un lem, thinking: nobs can trade it 🤣
