How many runs takes to get a ultimate formula? Also how did you beat Diablo in hell? I defeated Lazarus, but in last level there are mages with all immunities. Please tell me what you did? Or what should I do?
I don't remember if those mages are immune to all magic, but if they do, you'd better farm for a staff that penetrates a certain school of magic.
Otherwise you'd have to Stone them first and use Meteor Cluster to physically destroy them.
Some don't easily penetrate, you need penetration from item + elemental drain.
But some need 2-3 cycles of drain, that is extremely tedious, so usually I'd skip those if possible.
For those that can be magic penetrated, you can usually kill them in one go:
-20% magic res + elemental drain + maxed out Bone Spirit.
Stone them and Bone reduces them to
Use the Golem.

I don't believe cheats are available for this game.
@@rocren1192 yes it has. You have no idea how much it helped on item farming, and some fun time overwhelming Diablo, even in his full power (after 1 hour passed) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

i have a barbarian lv50,i have all magics and i can do the same things and more than a mage,the sorceror cannot fight strongs demos face to face and monsters are inmune to everything in torment dificulty, is really cool have the best of both worlds (magic and melee) in a same character,the secret... crafting

@@FlockOfHawks You can get + to attribute armor. I have a ring that has 20 all attributes 35 magic. Thats 55 right there for 1 item
At some points, Diablo 1 > 2 i get more addicted playing D1 than i do with D2 now that i bought D1 again

In Belzebub mod, if you restart the game, the dungeon levels resets too.

I finished it with all difficulties really it was a torment
damn that chars goes hard. I can't even get past diablo on nightmare with my level 33 mage. cause for some reason, after he reaches what appears to be 1 hit away from death. he respawns at his original spawning location with full health and cains tells me something about it, like I have to fight him again. problem is I run out of mana.. any ideas?
When I defeated Diablo, I buy a lot of mana an let them down in last level, to have more than an inventory. I killed him using guardian spell. I spammed a lot of them and in the end I killed him. Also Golem spell is very useful.

That’s kinda hard to farm this way, the monsters with charge bolts or poison enchanted can instantly kill u with spamming chain lightning… needs to teleport fast. And they have really high resistance mini bosses 😢

You get them when you salvage crafted items of any kind

@0:06 It said I was lvl 56. I believe the best items can only drop in Torment.
1st level dungeon would drop all kinds of recipes.
For starter unique items, you can refer to the video I mentioned @8:12. It is the most efficient way to boost your character imo.
If you want level 48 staffs which can penetrate over 20%, the Terror domain in Torment is the ideal location.
@0:07 It says I was lvl 54. I believe you need to get to Torment in order to get the lvl 50 recipes.

If you are looking for lvl 48 staffs that have penetrations over 20%, the Terror Domain in Torment mode is your best choice, imo.
How do you get around Immunes, Lightning enchanted for instance, some unique mobs barely take damage, i run through all my skills to get around immunes and i'm lvl 31
Hi! You either use staffs that minus enemy spell resistance, or you stick with spells that deal with physical damage.
At level 31 the staffs usually have little spell penetration. Level 41 staffs have better penetration, and level 48 staffs have even more, some can reach close to 30%, and with unique staffs it can go over 40%.
Despite that, I find there are times when penetration fails to work properly, feels like serious bug in the game. So you should rely on Meteor Cluster / Apocalypse, and Golem's melee attack when it comes to that.
The game relies on Meteor Cluster a lot. That's the only spell that comes with an amount of physical damage which really makes a difference. So in later game you should consider equip items that increase that spell level, and magic stat.

Why are you using the golem? Does it give any extra def or something?
And how come that the map is showing you that much range? Like zoom out I mean.
The Belzebub mod supports higher resolution, thus gives you more visible range.
Golem is the thing that attracts enemies' attack. Without it your mage won't survive. It is fare to consider it your shield.

@@timmettler As a sorceror you have around 250HP and 1000 mana at this level, and your golem has ~10k HP, so its useful to let monsters attack your golem and from time to time revive him. Monsters attack the closest target, and Golem slowly walks toward monsters, so they attack primarily him.
The golem is an important spell. It attracts the enemies, and is a must when you're diving in hoards of demonic forces. Best used when you are fighting from a distance.

According to my personal experience, higher MF rate does help increase the opportunity to get magical items, but not very helpful for recipes. Most importantly, with better MF gear equipped, you become less efficient in killing minions, which somewhat evens it out.
Adding up to over 300% MF rate does not help getting magical items faster, especially in the Terror Domain.
I have the same experience. After a month of Cathedral runs with Sorc with zero MF and than a month with +180% MF I didn't notice a difference in rate of finding recipes. But that is still a rather limited sample. Would LOVE to have this confirmed from official source but nobody seems to know for sure.
so i Know its 3 Years late but i got some Questions
is there a difference in drops if you use $player 10 command or does it only make the mobs harder to kill andgive more expierience?
and is your kill per time ratio better if you only do the First lvl and not all four of the cathedral or is there a nother reason only doing lvl 1?
Actually I don't know if there is a command of that kind for this mod.
I assume it's a command for D2?
Using $player 10 does help finding better items not sure about recipes tho

Pretty much. Not really as useful as in d2

Basically it attracts every single enemy that are closer to the Golem.
Dark pack how does it work? Like sometimes it refill your mana, sometimes barely, sometimes a lot

why dont they change lightning animation so out of date. its not a fireball by any chance to fly. as i see it should be like a flash followed by instant dmg
