Respect. I was an atheist when i was younger, but i realized i thought that way as a reaction to to my experience with shitty peoples concept of god. As i got older i realized i couldnt apply other human constucts to something like the idea of god. Now i simply believe in possibilities. This world seems far too complex to have happened by chance. So i keep my mind open to most ideas.

@@bladesteele4177 I’m not gonna try to convince you that religion is bad. I will say that if you have to use a different metric to explain god that you use for everything else in your life, it’s not a good thing.
I think that religion was a way for people to explain away the unexplainable when we didn’t have any other way. It still exists, because people still fear the unknown and the idea of religion comforts them. It’s also something that gets ingrained when your family and community participate in it, and usually only do so because their family and community did.
I think Ricky Gervais said it best when he was talking to Steven Colbert. He said that there are thousand religions. Steven only believes in one (Christianity. One variation of it). Ricky said he believes in one less that that. He also made a good point that if you destroyed all knowledge of religion and all knowledge of science today, that in 1,000yrs, there would be science and there would be religion. The science would look the same while the religion would be completely different. It’s because science is a process, while religion is taking an idea and turning it and flipping it till you make each new situation fit into it.
Again, I’m not gonna try to tell you not to believe what you believe, but that’s my take on it.

I agree wholeheartedly. I think that people sometimes get stuck in a certain perspective, as it was the one that was given to them. We're handed a point of view from the moment we enter this world, and the easiest thing to do is run with it our entire life. It was placed in our lap, so why run the extra mile when everything we've ever known is right in front of us. This mindset, this phenomenon, is what causes people to forget that maybe, just maybe, the thing we're looking for is a little farther than the box we were raised in. Maybe we're close, or maybe we need to reroute our entire brain, but whatever the case thinking is important, and contemplation is key to living.

Note that throughout the song, he used the line "because you think that I want you to." Not that God actually thinks that, only that the churches believe that that is what God wants them to do. Yet so many churches/religions are counter to each other, so which is right and wrong. You can believe in god, while thinking that the earthly churches are all crap.

this is the reverse of most religions - most religions go "you ARE fucked up, a sinner etc. but WE can make you better, WE want to have you if you follow our rules"
this instead goes tough love "you have it so fucked up on earth, if I existed why would you think I would think you're the slightest interesting or worth a relationship with?"
then it touches upon "hey, I could grant you heaven ... OR, just hear me out, you have the power to bring about heaven where you're at... isn't just the thought of that worth trying?"
and then it goes Love - the greatest thing of all - is a human trait. looking up at a figment of imagination or something so big and complex it made our REALITY and expect it to love us.
all of you have that power, if you want Love, it has to come from you. I MAY not be real, so my love wouldn't count for squat. but you DO exist and you have the CAPACITY for love - so it's actually your responsibility to share it - don't dump that burden on me, I just made reality, you get to have agency over it and that fact alone should make you be as compassionate and loving as possible - wether I exist or not...

In the echoes of philosopher's minds, a question stirs profound,
Jeremy Bentham's inquiry, in ethics we resound,
Can animals suffer? A crucial query to explore,
As we ponder their sentience, their pain forevermore.
For in the vast expanse of Earth's diverse domain,
We witness creatures in every shape and name.
From soaring birds to graceful deer in forests deep,
Their lives intertwined with ours, a promise we must keep.
With Bentham's fervent plea, we must heed the call,
To recognize their plight, and yet not be enthralled.
For in their eyes, we see reflections of our own,
A shared capacity to feel, to love, to be known.
In slaughterhouses dark, where cries and anguish blend,
We confront our choices, if our hearts we choose to mend.
For what gives us the right to take their lives away,
To prey upon the helpless, with no heed to what they say?
Let empathy guide our steps on this moral path,

What we put out into the world comes from us and the wonder of the world is simply nature, and can be enjoyed as such with out and other intervention needed.
Question though why the “R” word and the beeping out of it? I understand the profanity but the reality of “ it” can’t be erased or pretended away. I won’t put “it” in as I assume there is a reason and I respect that but I wonder what it is.

now in the light of star treks progenetors species philosphy in the spirit of the guardians of forever and beneficiant thanos undo the evil of the world in song, just for fun ;)
    (Verse)
In the realm of Star Trek's visionary reach,
    Where philosophy and grandeur interweave,
The Progenitors shine with wisdom and grace,
Guiding us to a future, unified by embrace.
Their ancient echoes through time's vast hallways,
Remind us of our duty, in these fleeting days,
To stand as guardians, protectors of all,
To answer the call, hear the universe's call.
    (Chorus)
With the spirit of the Guardians of Forever,
And the benevolent heart of Thanos, clever,
We sing a song of hope, to undo evil's tether,
Together, we'll transcend, create a world that's better.
    (Verse)
With compassion as our compass, we'll boldly go,
Exploring new frontiers, let prejudice erode,
Embracing diversity, in every shape and form,
For a future that's united, where all can be reborn.
In the face of darkness, we'll be the guiding light,
Spreading love and justice, like stars shining bright,
For every life matters, from the smallest to the grand,
In this symphony of existence, let harmony expand.
    (Bridge)
In our hands lies the power to shape destiny,
To rewrite the narrative, break the chains that be,
With empathy as our weapon, divisions we'll mend,
A tapestry woven, a universe on the mend.
    (Chorus)
With the spirit of the Guardians of Forever,
And the benevolent heart of Thanos, clever,
We sing a song of hope, to undo evil's tether,
Together, we'll transcend, create a world that's better.
    (Outro)
So let us sing this melody, across time and space,
A joyous celebration, a harmonious embrace,
In the spirit of Star Trek's legacy we'll soar,
Creating a universe where love and peace restore.

So shelled fish and pork, even to this day, have some of the highest levels of toxicity that humans consume. Pigs digestional system is among the most similar to humans, and shelled fish serve the purpose of filtering the body of water they reside in. Imagine emptying your brita and frying the filter up and eating it. Back in the day the main reasons known for avoiding such foods were that most swine were considered filthy living garbage disposals. A lot of people would become ill form both pork and shelled fish. That's just a small amount of info. I'm not certain off hand how the correlations were then transfered to the Abrahamic Traditions, but I'm certain there's info about it.

pigs are extremely clean animals, the environments humans put them in factory farms leave them no choice to be clean.

Additionally, dietary restrictions were out in place to be a distinguishing marker between God’s chosen people (Israel) and the Gentiles (non-Jews). Ultimately the laws of the Old Testament were there to point to Christ who would fulfill the whole Law on behalf of those who would have faith in Him. You have heard the saying “vote with your dollars”, well, in a similar way you vote with your stomach. God’s people would be distinguishable in multiple ways including even by what they eat, and this further shows Christ’s righteousness because He kept the whole Law perfectly which no mere man could do.

Lemme tell you something, MRLBOYD and MRLBOYD's audience: FIrst, I most of the time really enjoy your reactions , but you know what's absolutely diabolical? That in today's America (and thus in the field of social networks in general) you can't actually use words - and most confusingly, you censor not only N-word, F-word. C-word and so on, but even the R-word. Don't take me wrong - you still know them you still use them, you just falsely pretend you don't by not pronouncing them, but at the same time you make pretty sure everyone gets which words you mean. Isn't it stupid? Isn't it hypocritical? What are you trying to pretend? That it doesn't exist? Isnt' that just even more harmful?
I'll tell you the continental European perspective - it most definitely is. And unitll you guys overseas don't do something about it, your culture will remain in it's current confused state.
I'm not saying people should be rude to one another, but there should be no harm seen in just descriptively using words. Wake up, people!
Just imagine if someone was prosecuted for "R-ing" people, and that was the way how it was reffered to at court. It would've looked so lame... It's not "R-ing", let's be real, it's "raping". And it's a vile thing, but also it's just a descriptive word for that act. The word on it's own does not offend anybody.

As a near victim of r🦍, who only got saved last second by a bouncer at the club it almost took place at, I have no problems saying that word. I only don't do it, because of the RUclips autocensor. Call a spade a spade. Softening the language doesn't make things go away. It just makes communication harder.

As he has said, he isn’t censoring those words because he doesn’t want you to hear about it or talk about it; he does it because RUclips is far more likely to demonetize the video (or not suggest it with their algorithm) if those certain words are detected when the automatic transcriptions are made.

@@CraigKostelecky Him? Yes. The easily offended crowd? Not so much. Original Poster was taking this chance to speak about the wider issue. White knights and special precious snowflakes don't want to hear the words. Claim they hurt them. Give them Post-Traumatic Stress. As someone who has been through nearly all of an incident of r🦍, except for actual penetration, someone who's been through being beaten up, intimidated, shown how small, insignificant, and weak I am against a stronger human, I only wish to tell those snowflakes to... get a tree of the pyrus communis species, test the pH of the soil, pick the correct facing side of the yard to plant it, cut off branches and attach ones from a proven cultivar, and grow a pear(Yes. That was a pun. I am aware it's originally a pair). I agree with OP on language getting too soft and find calling it r-word absolutely other-r-worded(slowed down/special needs) and counterproductive. You are just making the other person say it in their head. And they can get things wrong and think you mean a person from a reservation... You know... A first nations guy... An indigenous person? There are so many × words that have locally restricted use that this is making some parts of language impossible to decypher. Say what you mean. The harm it does is lesser than not saying it at all and growing a generation totally unprepared as the topic has never been breached, because some people forbade us from saying those words.
