David Tu'amoheloa unfortunately no. I stopped using this model awhile back and to my knowledge it never offered the ability to change modes. Newer models generally offer what you’re looking for though. The device can only function to extend the existing network via Ethernet cable and be used as an access point/cabled extender. I hope this helps but if I didn’t explain it well enough please don’t hesitate to respond back.
@@simplicityelectricity8710 thank you so much for your quick response. I really appreciate your time and effort to make this video even though it doesn't have the feature that I'm looking for. But anyways, you got one subscriber straightaway.
David Tu'amoheloa thank you very much! I just do this when I have the time. I know how confusing and how many ads some video have so I always try to keep mine straight to the point and ad free!
Jean vandame to my understanding, regardless of fiber/coaxial/ethernet, this router should not be able to bridge automatically without some tinkering with the settings. Possibly try to use the same and password as your current wifi.
Is there any feature in this router that I can choose the operation mode. For example, Wireless router, Access Point, and Hotspot Router etc.
