Inside Out 2 = Pixar's Return to Close Perfection

Inside Out 2 blew my mind, and I truly think it's another example out of Pixar of a perfect sequel. Here's why lol

Came here from the Cinema Therapy Patreon. You hit the nail on the head. The movie was amazing! That movie panic attack almost gave me a sympathetic panic attack because it was so accurate, but it was handled so well!! 😍
I love that they made a point this time of showing Riley resisting her emotions input. It demonstrates that she is growing up. When kids are young, the are... Well, in the words of JM Barrie in Peter Pan, "Tink was not all bad: or, rather, she was all bad just now, but, on the other hand, sometimes she was all good. Fairies have to be one thing or the other, because being so small they unfortunately have room for one feeling only at a time. They are, however, allowed to change, only it must be a complete change.". Kids are a lot like that. Then they get older and they begin developing impulse control. That was a perfect demonstration of that development.
