My Twintelle guide: It really depends on your play style. If you like mind-games movement options, do a lot of air charges, and if not, do ground charges. I tend to do a lot of air charges, but stick to ground charges when then the opponent's rush gauge is full. A really good default arm combination is the Chilla and Parasol, but the Chilla and Thunderbird can be swapped depending on how you play. A non-default arm combination that is good is the Bubb and Parasol. I got down to 25% health with it and stayed there for about 10 matches. I even did some where I didn't take damage. When in team battles, do NOT attempt grabs. Twintelle has the easiest grab to counter and you'll just end up getting hit yourself. If there's anything I missed, just reply :)
Remember, when you press Y + Punch in the Air, Twintelle is the only one that can stay floating at the same time when she is Hitting, First Y (Hold Down for a bit + Left / Right / Forward / etc.) then Punch (This doesn't work if you are charging your arms), the other characters they just push themselves to the side.
It seems at this stage anti air is limited. Characters like Twin, Ribbon Girl and Mechanica can attack from odd angles for good effect. Whammer is a very strong arm against this style of play i believe. Its heavy and has some verticality. Dont leave home without it 😊
I'd like to see Byte & Barq next. I tried them out when the game first came out so I was brand new to playing it but I just had such a tough time. Maybe it has to with the fact that I can't focus on the fight & keep track of Barq. One moment I think he's somewhere so I jump on him to get a little bit of air but as it turns out, he's not there! It's like I swear you were right there! I just can't figure out how to play them accurately.

She's also pretty hot
Personally for Twintelle, I like using Thunderbird on right arm and coolerang on left.
