I’ll be rooting for him, the dude is really screwed, $95,000 + in debt, and in my opinion, I agree with others when they say his challenges are way harder than Ally’s. In my opinion he needs the money more but also him and Ally’s friendship can’t end because of student loans that’s just really bad

The only parts that really suggested how bad it could be were when the collar went off when Allie said she didn't do anything, and Katie suggesting that maybe her talking loud enough could set it off. Me not having the discipline to keep from making sounds is one things; everyone around me setting it off would piss me off.

This is so fascinating...easily one of the best things CollegeHumor has ever put out. Most of it is funny, but you can FEEL poor Grant’s pain when he’s in the room with the bee. That’s a phobia, and he’s terrified...and on top of that, unable to speak. Suddenly it isn’t funny any more. And that thousands of young people (including many without jobs) face these challenges...it’s absolutely brilliant. Well done. And kudos to Grant for facing his fear...you’re very brave. :)

Yes, to you and me, it might not be that scary. But if someone has a genuine phobia of something, ANY sort of interaction is horrible. I know people who burst into absolute tears at the thought of having to talk in front of people, and others so afraid of dogs they can’t be in the same HOUSE with them. It’s rude to knock genuine phobias like that. Grant’s very brave for facing it.

Yeah, because Grant was bad at the game. He just wasn't mean or vindictive enough to play on Ally's worst fears. He could have sent them to a gay conversion camp or something. The closest Grant got to humiliating them was making them sing at a baseball game (that was gold). But he didn't go far enough, often enough. Ally made him sell all his possessions, for fuck's sake.

Agreed. This feels incredibly malicious and mean-spirited. Grant really seems to be such a sweetheart and tender soul at his core. His red eyes looked furious and betrayed at the end. I think he might have been holding back tears and I'm glad he didn't give those to these people who were all behaving so poorly towards him. He was being such a great sport up until he realized what they were all congregated in a sadistic circle for-to standby and watch a person they call friend's distress. How deplorable of them. I can't watch this channel anymore. I'll search for vids of Grant by himself to support and follow. I enjoy his artistry so much.
@@2TNDoresThis is literally the point of the show. Not sure if you're aware, this show was Grant's and Ally's idea. They chose this. Can't really blame Dropout for going with an idea that while at many times was comedy, but also many times it was DEFINITELY not comedy, and it drew in a lot of people.
It had a great touch of emotion, and showing peoples REAL fears. Grant could have quit at any point, he was not forced to do any tasks at any point, which was literally part of the game. They only get the money if they don't quit.

People do not understand how shock collars work. It is designed so the dog isn’t hurt, it’s just yelling at your dog but with a small vibration. It’s not hitting your dog with electricity. This shock collar is designed for stuff like this. So in short, the only shock collars that aren’t cool to put on dogs, are the ones shown in this video.
