Thanks for taking us with you. The only thing I could relate to was the Keebler elf and the cupcakes.😂 I am absolutely not a gamer of any sort but I enjoyed the video and I'm glad you guys had fun.
Looks like so much fun! I am a Cosplayer - used to do NY Comicon all 4 days - can't walk it anymore. I sure do miss it. The energy there is incredible.
How fun! I’ve never heard of this con but love board games. Thanks for sharing with us. I have the Axis vs Allies game with an expansion pack. I’d never heard of it and then they were looking for it. Guess I’d best bring it out of storage. Hello, eBay. Haha That looks like a difficult, long game. Love that you all have game nights.
Thanks for showing us a unique gathering and event. Hearing you walked over five miles makes my feet hurt for you. My feet wouldn't want to feet any longer. Large tight quartered crowds after a time get me ready for the open spaces. Glad you had fun.
How fun! Thanks for sharing your trip with us...I really had no idea what this was going to be. So much to see and how fun to be with your weekly game-night friends for the experience. 😁
Interesting. My son is a gamer. Didn't know it was this popular. He does a game night on Fridays. His game has figures that he paints and then uses them in the game. Sorry can't remember the name of it. Looked like you had fun.
Hi Misty. Thanks for taking us along. Looks like it was so much fun. The plushs you bought are so adorable. The Keebler Elf was so cute. And he even gave you cookies. Wow. Was nice to see you friend Cindy again. Thanks so much for taking us along. Take Care. God Bless
I just subscribed because I found you through your tem haul videos (yep....I'm down THAT rabbit hole) and then saw your most recent video was Gen Con and that you game! Think I've found my people!!!
I thought it was about computer games. I have no idea it was about board games. Some of the names I have heard of, but most of them not. Are there not games with Groku in it? It was fun to watch. Thank you for taking us along. ❣️
I love cons but mine are more tv, movieand comic related like comic con. The cos play is on point. When i went to fanexpo someone made a fully working iron man suit it was crazy
That’s not a bad answer, but in fact, it’s for Lake GENeva, Wisconsin, which is where the show was founded in 1968, and its home until 1977 when growth caused the first move. Indianapolis is the 4th city to host Gen Con, and its home since 2003.
My only problem with events such as this is that it is too PEOPLEY, lol..... As a professional artist I do sell at events like this regularly, but I stay behind my booth table.
I so want to go to this. I have big gamer friends. Ticket to Ride is a solid game. I have to put this show on my bucket list for sure. I’ve invested in a few games in development over the years. I bet you had a great time.
Gen Con is all flavors of table top games, with board games probably having the most representation. There are also collectible card games (e.g. Magic the Gathering), role playing games (e.g. Dungeons & Dragons), and games played with miniature figures (e.g. Warhammer), in approximate order of the amount of representation. Plus a whole lot of gamer-adjacent activity; cosplay, crafts, puppetry, music, dancing, etc.
That was interesting. Thanks for taking us along.
This is cool to see. I had no idea on any of this…but so cool to see from your eyes!❤
Thank you for taking us with you ❤
Thanks for coming!
My grown kid loves board games! It was fun seeing some of the games I recognize. Thanks for taking us along.😊

"Why are you crying, child?" Hehehehehehehehe...I ask that same thing every time I go to Disney!!!
Wow, never new this existed. I live such a sheltered life! Thanks for taking us along!
Glad you enjoyed it!
This is my hubby’s dream! We live in PA, but one day we’ll make it there for him. Thanks for taking us along!❤

I was there Sunday and it was just as crowded but so much fun! Definitely want to go again.

I think it’s wonderful that y’all get together every Saturday to play games❤️ Todd seems like such a fun person, as well as Cindy!❤️

I think Id like that better than our Comicon. I went to an Animecon in Anaheim that was cool too.
Lol 🤣🤣😅 when you said look look look Gizmo my cat started meowing at you lol 😅😅😅 because her name is Gizmo.

Yay!!!! 🥰
My oldest son would love this. He's in Colorado. I need to see if he's ever been to something like this.
Fun Fun Fun
I was there on Saturday and it was so much fun! From San Diego to Indy and now in beautiful Bloomington. Your neck of the woods!
Great job! Just discovered you!!!
Thank you!! 😊
My daughter and family would love this!!! How cool is that!!!❤😊
Why didn't you wear your adorable orange hat? So fun to see you so excited
Thanks for making this video! Well done!
My pleasure!

Amazing fun. How did you manage? Is because Mark was involved with the robots when your kiddos were younger? Thanks for the tour! ☺️
I love board games more than Mark does.
@@themistyshow. Sooo, how did you get invited to that toy convention?☺️
I would never leave the vintage pin ball machine 😊😅
❤❤❤❤
My son and grandson went to this.
whoohoo I'm in the video
Does GEN stand for Gaming Enthusiasts Network? That's my best guess.

😅❤👍
I am happy to see so many people who like games, but I’m afraid you couldn’t pay me to go to this thing. 😂
It was so fun!

You should!!! It was amazing!!!
How was Dumb Ways To Die?
Loved it! I bought it!
@@themistyshow. Awesome!! This looked like a more basic game. I love long involved games, as well fast and funny!
I will have to check that game out
I've never heard of any of these games. I'm so far removed from current events and such!
Don’t know Gen Con🤷🏻♀️ is this video games?? Or board games?? Every game is your favorite😂
Board games!! 🤣
