I love how yours turned out. The one I’m making right now is super fine cotton with a 3mm hook 😅. I’m using five colors because I already had the yarn and wasn’t going to use it for the project I bought it for over three years ago. I need tags for my stuff. Really gave yours that designer touch.

So this turned out REALLY REALLY lovely and I'm very impressed with how stylish yet simplistic it is. I have no clue how to make collars like that and would loooove to know what u did to get it that way....pretty please. any advice would be appreciated

I made mine using linen stitch instead of granny stitch, it took more rows, but I prefer the tighter weave of the interlocking linen stitch 😊 you can also make it into a jumper/sweater very easily by joining the front together in the same/a similar way to the back.
Can I ask you how you did the corners with a linen stitch hexagon? I love the stitch and I love hexagon clothes, this would be the perfect mashup

i am currently working on a hexagon cardigan too!! i am using rainbow gradient yarn that requires a 3mm hook and it's taking me forever, but everytime a colour change happens it gives me so much serotonin, it's insane ^^ also, it is just the perfect mindless project to do while watching a movie or listening to a podcast, i can't wait to finish it :)

I've only made one hexagon cardigan because it took 2 entire caron one-pound skeins and like 2 months of on and off work, but it's my favorite cardigan I own now so it was 100% worth it. 10/10 would do again

Yay, Bernadette! I don't measure actual days it takes to make, I use the hours spent in actual making. Trust, it's a lot easier to deal with than I spent a week and a half, three tantrums and one total meltdown to make this lovely piece. LOL

You are so patient! That hook size and yarn is so small and you still finished fast! I love 6.5 with the regular redheart cotton yarn, its soft and flexible with hexagon cardigans.

How did you seamlessly widen and lengthen the shirt while avoiding the arms? Would I stop before the corner clusters and turn my work?
