love it! just a tip when tying the yarn together, do the magic knot technique because then it will look invisible and be more sturdy, and wont have those little bits of yarn sticking out:))
Yeah don't do magic knot, it will come out and make holes.... Ask me how I know lol. Use Russian join, it won't have ends to weave in, and it'll likely go through your machine much more easily...
just saying i would absolutely tune into a video series of you spending more time making one piece. your energy is awesome, would love to have you put out some more relatable content like this! ♥️
@@hamsterfan999 yes!! i just want her to know we’d still be interested even if it’s not some crazy challenge, and we’re here for her! but my adhd also understands crazy challenge mode lol
Girl, that's great! The fit is PERFECT PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE IT. It looks very nice and comfortable. Very versatile as well. I think you actually could actually wear it in the Winter with a pull over sweater and warm stocking or whatever with various boots. You know you are creative in your style choice also. Great job. 😊
Fit is perfecto, wear with some of the summery sandals you made. Just right for a girls’ lunch, shopping or even a casual summer date. Beautiful job, chica.
This was so good & your dress fit perfect! You could wear the dress in winter with a turtle neck and leggings/tights. You could wear it with a chunky belt & a jean jacket & converse. Thanks for the inspiration.
I think it’s adorable. I don’t think it’s too loose. It shows your figure. You don’t look like you are swimming in it, which is always good. Bright idea on the slits, good for stairs and getting in and out of vehicles!
Love the dress, the fit is perfect. Paired with a strappy sandal, floppy hat and one of your signature purses and you are “smoking hot” ❤. Hurry back Jenna, you make my day.
I like the looser fit around the waist, and I totally think you can rock some kind of long sleeve turtleneck top under the dress during the colder months!
Lærke Bagger is so cool. Love her attitude towards knitting- just do it, don’t think about it 🧶 she did some really cool things on a danish tv show by the way “Feldthaus & Bagger tabernacle masken” they visit Norway, Iceland, the Faroe Island and Greenland.
Jenna love the dress. The colors are beautiful!! And you look great in it to!! Don't change a thing on it!! I look forward to your videos every week. I enjoy your creativity so much!! 😃😃
Yes that is for sure a summer dress and it looks great on you. I have never seen a knitting machine before. That looks like a lot of work. My arms would be very tired. You have great ideas for not having a pattern. I need a pattern for everything. Love your channel.
❤❤❤ this dress is gorgeous! It is sooo cool, absolutely your vibe. Fit feels great, too. Not too tight, but gently hugging. I think this dress may be both for summer and winter! Summer look with sandals or runners and your cute little bags. Winter look may be with solid colored turtleneck or fine knit jumper underneath the dress OR with chunky knit sweater over the dress; plus warm tights and socks… aaand it’s a winter look.
It came out so great!! I think the fit is good as is and will be more comfy a bit loose like that. I enjoyed seeing you put together the mixed balls of yarn too.
We are so similar in that we jump headlong into something we wanna do and figure it out as we go along - just like not knowing how to swim and jumpin' in the water anyhow, sink 'r swim, determined to make it to the shore one way 'r thuther!😂 The dress fits just right and it seems to be a perfect style for you. About that front neckline and the straps. It could have been made to appear a little bit like a drapy V-neck with folds. In the 70s they tied a strand of thick thread or yarn to a weight of some sort like a washer of metal and they would put that down the dress and it would lace somewhere near your belly button or behind a belt if it were that style and it held it close to your chest and if your knit rolls outward, you would have to ither choose the selvage and or do a small rolled hem, then tie on the weight. The length of the tide depends on your bust. You would want a long string that hung somewhere near your waist or belly button. If you had a big bust and lots of cleavage you could short-tie a pearl the size of the Hope Diamond on it and no one would ever tell it was there, and the pearl would hide in your cleavage and nothing would ever pop out or show because ither way, the neck line of the dress hugs very close to the body.
Jenna, you constantly amaze me. Yet another couture piece. I love it! I think the fit is perfect. Looks great on you. Also your unique honest fun personality is refreshing and so easy to watch. Great job!❤
I thought my parents said when I was born they broke the mold. Lol. You are my kindred spirit. Your personality sparks joy. I love watching your videos.
It looks so Freaking good!!!! You’re inspiring me more and more to want to get into knitting (I currently only crochet and I am OBSESSED). I envy your talent to make it up as you go!
*Very* Laerke Bagger style! :) (Anyone who doesn't know her please google, she's kind of "rockstar" of knitting world atm ;D Though she does only hand-knits, as most of us, but still.)
Love your videos so much Jenna! I can't knit or crochet at the moment because I have given myself an RSI, so it's nice to live vicariously through your videos. Although so much knitting in 24 hours makes me nervous - be careful everyone, give yourself breaks when you're knitting and don't give yourself an injury like me..!! 😢
I love itttt 😍😍😍 such a cool idea! Maybe you could add a little „scrap yarn belt“ to fix the looseness problem? But it’s already amazing how it is 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I love it! I'm definitely going to try to make one. I think it's good that it's not too fitted, especially since it's cotton, otherwise it will get baggy over yout bum!
Love it, very Jenna! I am sure you will perfect this too, but for now let's all just rejoice with how cute, creative, and cool it is. And it looks stunning on you as is!❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love it! Already learned to knit because of you! And made a crochet scrappy sweater! I now love knitting and your channel is my favorite! Love your dress!!
A tip for decreasing for the arm holes - if you do any more than a 3 decrease it's waaay easier/ nicer looking if you bound those 3 stitches off one side, pull the carriage to the other side and bind off the other 3 stitches, then you can do any 1/2 decreases normally by hooking the loops on each other :-)
i feel like in the colder months a turtleneck or long sleeve under the dress would look so cool too!!
I was just thinking this!
that's what I was thinking! turtleneck and tights!
@@ReignBeauofTerroryes! That would absolutely look beautiful 😻

the fast problem is so relatable lol
yes!! except for me, it’s relatable to think, not do. really not healthy and takes the joy out of the craft imo
That turned out super cute! I like it just as it is, comfy and casual - doesn’t need to be tight. So adorable!!
Lol! How did you manage to save it in the end is beyond me. The project turned out fabulous as usual. Very Jenna!
This video inspired me to crochet a dress a few weeks ago. I lost steam on it but it’s almost done and I LOVE it!
Love the dress, the fit is perfect. Paired with a strappy sandal, floppy hat and one of your signature purses and you are “smoking hot” ❤. Hurry back Jenna, you make my day.
Yes!

Try this technique called the magic knot.

It is perfect ! Bottom seam looks great and curl-free. Good job ! Maybe pare it with a denim blouse as a jacket?
It looks amazing on you! You could make a matching scrap sweater for winter to go with it.
hahaha, so good. I'm sometimes like that too. Hate it when things take longer than expected. Winging it is the best - Just do It.
It’s really cute. Perfect size. Good job!
Waouh, cette robe est magnifique, Jenna ! J'adore quand tu utilises la machine à tricoter.
