    Earlier we used to eat till late at 10 o'clock but now after listening to your speech we eat at 7 o'clock and our whole family follows what you say.we finished our iftaar by 7o clock itself.

      Yeah...It is a famous Ayurvedic technique. Where it's said that one should eat his or her last meal before sunset.

    Doctor- i completely stopped non-veg since 4 yrs & feel a good difference in my life.
    I have a very good gut health now & no more indigestion problems which i used to have consuming non-veg.
    Feels very light & active now 🙏🏻

      @@phndkratv7498 Yes I am the best counter example.... I converted into Vegetarian became so slim as thin that living a normal life was difficult... Finally I had to return back as Non vegetarian

    Non veg meal does not mean eating only non veg for the whole meal though. I am a Bengali and we eat rice + daal+ sabji + fish/chicken/egg for a meal. We eat fruits and salads too. So, we still get enough fibres.

    A non-veg meal doesn’t mean you should eat all fish or meat. As a non-vegetarian, my lunch contains rice, 1-2 vegetable dish, dal, fish/chicken curry, salad.

Amra jara bharatiyo non-veg khai, bisesoto Bangali ra, amra khabare sak sobji dal torkari besi thake r non-veg bolte sudhu mach ba dim. Mansho soptahe ekbar ki dubar hoy.       Bengali cuisine is one of the healthiest. We often incorporate bitter stuff at the beginning of the meal , we eat a HUGE variety of vegetables, and we don't throw away anything. It's very healthy and balanced.
      Contrary to the stereotypes , Bengal is actually on the healthier side. Out of all the major cities, Kolkata has the least protein deficiency and also we have lower obesity rates than a lot parts of the country. Fish contributes to a big part of it.

    You should check The Bengali version balanced diet. It has been since ages which includes both veg & non veg even our grandparents followed the same diet mixed with both.
    In our area no doctor or nutritionist advised us to become completely vegeterian. We simply cant its part of our tradition. We eat fish curry daily(not the spicier one but the one which we cook at home) but there will always some form of shaak(leafy vegtables) & dal on daily diet. It ticks all the boxes
    Fish(Protein)
    Dal(Carbs & Protein)
    Shaak(Fibre)
    Never had any issue of digestion eating issue eating non veg unless the meal is spicy. We can cook chicken easily with less oil and masala. My entire family eats chicken two times in a week with my parents in their 50' & 60's never had any issue.
    Also a complete vegan diet is extremely expensive for general population. So non veg items comes at slighly cheaper especially Eggs or soyabean.

    Doctor you have to explain what a balanced vegetarian diet is and show the portion sizes. If people are eating masala dosais or poori or two tablespoons of vegetables with a ton of rice and lentils and calling it a vegetarian diet, that is counterproductive.

    I eat 6 eggs boiled and sometimes omellette with onions, bell peppers,mushrooms with little bit of salt and rice, dal. I am so energetic, relaxed, my gut is so healthy, I dont have any acidity, constipation issues. We can eat non veg but I would recommend eggs because they are good source of amino acids, B12, vitamin D, folic acids.

    Hello, doctor Pal. Doctor, five to six years ago, I used to eat meat. Later I stopped eating meat. I felt good. But even though last year I had anemia and neuropathy due to b12 deficiency. I had b12 injections every week and still I take medications. For that the doctor convince me to eat meat. But I didn’t have meat instead I added eggs in my diet. Now few months back I stopped eating eggs. Doctor, can you please suggest some alternatives to get b12 without consuming meat and egg. It could be much appreciated.

      I read some articles in Google they says palaya soru ( fermented rice ) have b12 vitamin. You can check it on Google and RUclips

      Add milk and milk products. Assured B12 supply. In India, vegan diet is not very popular as most people who avoid meat are vegetarians and milk is consumed in one form or another. That is why you don't see the health problems most vegans face or take external supplements of B12 in the form of pharma drugs.

      Think logically goat, sheeps don't eat meat then how they have vitamin b12
      B12 is not a food vitamin it's like an hormone
      B12 is created by healthy gut bacteria. Feed your gut as much as raw food. Drink butter milk are green leaves juices in morning empty stomach after water. Avoid packaged foods gluten foods

      Vegan diet is not for everybody. Getting B12 injections and medications every week is not a natural way to live. Its painful and unpleasant.

    Dr,I need help..I have all sorts of indigestion problems😢😢 diagnosed recently with ibs...
    Plz suggest some ways to cure it...and indigestion problem gave me other free gifts like constipation,acdity, legs hands pain... bloating always and then pcod with skin hair dry😢😢😢😢😭I am 26 but feel like I am sixty... nothing interests me much nowadays...
    But I pray that no one have gastric problem ever coz the next worst will be ibs which squeezes Life out...I am also on diet where my doc tells to eat bland foods for which I don't have any regret but I feel sad when I avoid people for party coz they will eat spicy foods which I can't 😢😢I hav not attended any single wedding or gatherings for this ibs...and then mental health comes in where I have anxiety,stress and depression....
    I guess I have ruined by gut forever😭😭😭

    Doctor I have loss 7kg ( from 83 to 76) with fasting window 7 pm to 10 am,
    After starting fasting I walk 3kg an averag a day, I take one egg in the morning ( probably nattu kozhi) for six days in week,
    In palitarian , egg is in VEG OR NON VEG ?

      Yes you can but don't fry or add masala, oil to it. Eat it either roasted or boiled with little bit of salt and pepper if required.

      @@prajju8114 Whats wrong with masala?It barely has any calories and not all masalas have high sodium. Nothing wrong with flavouring up your meat. Also even oil is not bad. Its the choice of oil and the proportion that makes it bad for body

      I ate like how they ate and m doing fine! Avoid simple carbs, eat complex carbs, legumes, nuts, seeds. Take desi cow milk and milk products and you will do fine

    Sir We dont have a good plant source of protein except for few legumes and soya which has lot of antinutrients like phytans and to get a 1-2gm/body weight from plant sources the calories goes high like anything..better to eat meat egg and chicken with fruits as well as diary products to get low calorie high protein diet as well as nutrients like Vitamin b12 , taurine, choline etc(only found in non veg products)..just to conclude vegetation diet is the root cause of diabetes in Indians compared to western population.

      Not recommended for Indians our gut is genetically more sensitive to meat compared to western people.
      We cannot tolerate so much meat.
