Much like potato starch. Every morning for the reasturant I use to slice and soak 50-200 pounds of pounds of potatoes. After soaking for 20 min most of the starch is removed from the potato..then just dry out. Depending on the potato some have much more than others

Cornstarch is magical if you never used it. Turns sauces thick in an instant without adding much if any flavor. Just don't cook it long, it will break down into sugar if you keep cooking after adding :)

It's not this easy. This isn't Cornstarch. Cornstarch is made from the endosperm of the corn 🌽 kernel only. This is just extremely fine cornflour.
