Very well and all-encompassing explanation-- the part where how the resistance bands "resists" us from reaching the desired level of strength gain and endurance as the "cheating is a notch higher than desired and unbalanced." I can barely push to 15 ( the last one is almost certain to end me), I will make the next 10 with this inclined push-up. As always Guruji, Dhanyawaad.

Elevated Push-Ups are better for beginners compared to other 'easy Versions'
Because it does not compromise on range of motion..and does not disturb the intensity through the rom .
For ppl who can't do Push-Ups... this is a good starter ...
For people who need to increase reps... they can do this after their regular reps...

I do 15 suryanamaskar at a time.. how to increase number?
That's great...keep going...✌️
If you feel it's your Muscles giving up... take help of resistance training...
If you feel it's the Lung capacity or stamina giving up take help of jogging, running, pranayama...etc...
But again ... The suryanamaskar has elements of all these ☝️ ... so just practicing suryanamaskar will also help over time ✌️
