I actually liked it in the context of a story set in Metropolis. Since Gotham is the much seedier city, I like that the reporter from Gotham is corrupt.
Like to see how they are going to do Lex Luthor, Bizzaro, Toyman, Metallo, General Zod and Doomsday. Also like to see how this incarnation of Supergirl and continuing the exploits of Mr. Myzpitlik are going to be like.
Dude I’m so excited for the new season. I’m a little worried about young long hair Lex, but I think that’s just cause i rewatched BvS recently. I’ve been thinking of making a video on villains I may want to see in season 2.
0:10 for me fantastic is stretching it, I liked it but some of their takes weren’t my favorite takes, but I like their Lois and Jimmy but they come second to my childhood favorite the animated Superman with Clancy Brown as Lex Luthor.

I legitimately love My Adventures With Superman show so much as such a great, fresh and unapologetically earnest Superman adaptation that understands the character and I loved this shows take on Clark, Lois, Jimmy. If I am being completely honest I am alittle mixed on this show's take on Supermans villains/Rogue's gallery as there are some villains like General Lane, Amanda Waller, Parasite (Dr Ivo), Mr Myxzpltk and Death stroke are really great and fresh, unique takes on these characters that play a great and interesting role in this show. However Im not really a fan of how they adapted villains like Livewire or Silver Banshee, for example Livewire as a shock jock cynical radio host spewing hate towards Superman which acts as a perfect antithesis to Lois and Clark as true, and genuine reporters that care about the truth. I just hope in the second season the art direction really starts to embrace the outlandish and creative designs of the villains and at least try not to be so bland with the character designs, specifically the villains.
I definitely agree that I don’t like the tech-angle. There was actually kind of an opposite issue for me in the New 52 comics, where previously tech based characters (Captain Cold) got meta powers.
They also had the nerve of making Vicky Vale a corrupt journalist.

Well Vicky was turned into an evil supervillain in Batman Telltale. Between this and that, I’d say a corrupt journalist ain’t too bad.
@@Zekrel A Foil for Lois would be pretty good and this version of Vicki Vale serves that Role.
Im keen for season two, after that teaser at the end of the kryptonian warrior. Its my favourite design out of all the characters.

Parasite is a good design

I honestly prefer the monster Parasite over the fat guy Parasite.

My main problem though is I don’t like the tech base route they went with the villains.
I’m not a fan of that either, it reminds me of Amazing Spider-Man 2 with the Oscorp basement full of villain backpacks haha
