When you're dealing with truth on a GROUP scale, you obviously have to be careful not to rant at your crowd. All that shit about the "partnership" and the "grove of aspen" etc. needs to take a backseat to the more pressing issue of the illuminati accusation from the sunglasses guy's conviction combined with the news reporter's efforts to feed him a talking point for clarifying his position in relation to his obvious floundering.
was the news reporter guy working for the paranoid guy as part of some infowars ambush interview? of course not. but, you have two appeals to journalistic integrity; one rooted in holy retribution, and the other in respect for the shadow of doubt that makes up our ability to explain our realizations to ourselves.

PEOPLE ARE SO BLIND AND BIGOTED OF WHAT THEY DONT UNDERSTAND!! George tries to make people feel relaxed and free in his presence. And is met by nothing but blind ignorance. Why people are so terrified of anything foreign to themselves is mankind's greatest tragedy. This loving, wonderful man doing battle with this myopic stupidity is at the heart of this glorious film. This is unquestionably the finest performance of John Travolta's career. IT MAY BE THE FINEST OF ANYONES CAREER!! His George Malley is nothing short of mind blowing. The "Possibility" he says he is, hints at the magic inside all of us. Another "Possibility" is Travolta's George Malley is the finest Acting ever rendered on film. Simply limitless in its scope and depth.

This scene perfectly demonstrates why having intelligence is dangerous. People think you are upto bad things, or think you are hiding information. They often might try to take advantage of you or think you have an obligation to others or perceive you as being a leader when you never wanted to be.
The only sensible thing to do is never demonstrate your ability to others since people will either try to capitalize on you or treat you like an outcast and make you flee everything and everyone to protect yourself.

I honestly think this movie, for as hopeful and heartfelt as it can be.
I honestly think it’s a tragedy, and you can say I’m being nihilistic, overthinking it, or whatever but this scene in particular showed that even tho when George tries to explain, and rationalize whats happening, and what he knows, people don’t pay attention to it, they instead just look at him like a side show attraction, asking him about aliens, what else he can do and move, and that family rushes in thinking he’s Jesus or something and want him to heal there son. George freaks out and falls over. Later on a doctor comes in and wants to take his brain and wants to poke and prod it, the uneducated saw George as a freak, the educated saw him as a lab experiment.
In the end I don’t think anyone aside from George’s real friends, saw him for what he was.

He seemed to be caught completely off guard by their questions, imagination, and theories. I would think, if he was prepared, he would have led them to truth using a more practical way, like through more stories and less tricks. You can't expect the folks who grew up looking at sub dimensional shadows on a cave wall to suddenly embrace the outside.

Actually it is far from a scientific fact. Fact meaning certain, proven, guanteed. It is none of those things. There have been study's conducted yes. Some with conclusive data and some without. However, no such proof has been found. As for your ability.. i highly doubt you can perform it. And before i see your proof i will stick to my statement

Nina in the 1960's... you mean Nina Kulagina.
I know more about the subject than you think.
You say that Science says it's possible... Where is your reference?
I'm guessing that it comes off the back of a cornflakes box.
Try to stay grounded in what is real and stop watching so much Tv.... it's rotting your brain.

Telekinesis power move objects with your mind..something taught in Scientology religion OT VII Operative Thetans and other occult powers. Movie was propaganda for Scientology. Scientology founder was obsessed with Aleister Crowley & the occult/science-fiction writing. Worst part of the movie was mockery & sudden hidden blasphemy of Jesus Christ in Bible. John Travolta character would emulate a similar characteristics Jesus Christ like miracles, wisdom, supernatural powers, leaving a document of messages (books) behind for all mankind but message in movie more spiritual-philosophy than scientifically (science/technology) like most Alien (demon) message’s story’s. Another similar thing to Jesus was in movie suffered persecution, shared a last supper with loving disciples and end of the movie they are followers and celebrate this birthday every year. that’s why I think this movie is extremely antichrist

Wouldn't it be crazy if in that movie called phenomenon with John Travolta, at the scene were his gf says she will love him as long as she lives. If she pulled out a gun and shot herself so she died before him, even thou he was terminally ill just to make the point of how little she loved him?

jeremy mclouth you’re pretty sick. I have a dark sense of humor but you put no effort into that at all. That’s the equivalent of. “What is some guy jumped in front of a car for no reason.” It’s dark. It’s morose. But no logic or punchline.
