All of you guys who are here bashing this lady I am sure you don't know her .this lady here was a legend and wen I see this it makes me learn to apreciate real music
What's to Bash? She sung the song her way, in her own voice and style...And she sang from her heart. Everybody should realize that not everybody does things to your specific taste and preference but that certainly doesn't mean they aren't great at what they do. They would have probably had the same to say about Judy Garland doing this and we all know that she was (and still is) unsurpassible. Plus Liza Minnelli has been through pure hell and survived. That alone makes the performance amazing. Some people only feel alive when they post negativity. I pray for those type of people because even though they annoy me to no end, they are miserable and need to upset or belittle someone to make themselves feel better about their own misery. Don't let them bring you where they are. Pray.
When you go through hell and live to tell about it, you can sing a song however you want to sing it. People should just be happy for your survival to the point that your performance shines based on your resilience alone. Sing Liza Minnelli. You earned it.
Liza tears you up at the end every time you watch it. That "I love you Michael" was so heartfelt. She really has the same stage power that her mom had.
If you have ever seen her and Michael in person, I think you would have an understanding of what legendary charisma is because she could hold your attention like no other.
I adore her met her even to many concerts and pubic appearances if you think she is drinking etc for stumbling over a couple words, she’s recovering from encephalitis where she couldn’t speak incapacitated for awhile. Be kind!
I love you, Liza Minnelli. She did good. If we are comparing her version to that Michael Jackson's, Michael Jackson's version is better. However, if we are listening to this Liza Minnelli version as its own thing, she delivered. I truly believe she did good.

I have loved Liza Minnelli from the first time I saw her in 1972 in Liza with a z and then many many many many times live on stage on Broadway I in the act and the rink and countless concerts through the 70s and 80s up to the mid-nineties but unfortunately I hate to say it but by the time this performance took place her voice was only a shadow of what it had been it's my humble opinion she should have retired in the early 2000s to keep the legend alive she should have retired at her prime and not continue for so long after her voice had diminished so much it's just too much warble and too much vibrato!!! the people who have seen her only from the 2000s on I I have no clue of what her true Talent was. They have just witnessed a ruin of a once splendid Talent

This really is what real singing is like. I have somewhat of a vibrato when I sing and I'd rather rely on that than heavy rough breathing. Some songs to this day are not as good as others and Liza is a huge inspiration to me. Everyone has their own opinion though and that is fine. :)

This really is what real singing is like. I have somewhat of a vibrato when I sing and I'd rather rely on that than heavy rough breathing. Some songs to this day are not as good as others and Liza is a huge inspiration to me. Everyone has their own opinion though and that is fine. :)
