The TIE Advanced Prototypes were a line of custom-designed starfighters under the direct supervision of Darth Vader. With incredible speed and maneuverability, only the most gifted of pilots were able to exploit their capabilities. Prototypes were gifted to Imperial Inquisitors before the Battle of Yavin, with Vader himself flying one during this time period.
This model can seat a minifigure pilot, has folding wings, and two different display stands.

That is an amazing model! The ways in which the designer managed to marry the complex curved and rounded bricks to each other to avoid gaps and yet achieve the difficult curves the original model has, major respect. TIE Fighter arms are notoriously difficult to get right with Lego when trying to be both detailed and sturdy and get the right connection points for the wings and the cockpit.
