Alleged victim of Raad Almansoori speaks out

- After an alleged violent crime spree, 26-year-old Raad Almansoori is behind bars and it looks like he won't be getting out anytime soon.
FOX 10's Marissa Sarbak has the latest on this story that spans several states, including Arizona, and hears from one of the women who says she was a victim of Almansoori.
Leah Palian says she was one of Almansoori's victims last year. He was accused of sexual battery, assault and holding her against her will. The Florida state attorney's office dropped most of the charges due to insufficient evidence and he was given a $2,500 bond.
"He said before he started strangling me, screaming, 'I'll kill you,'" Palian said. "It breaks my heart for the other women involved, for the families of those women involved, when all of this could have been prevented."

I don't have a question about her track record all I have to do is look at it. Arizona, particularly Phoenix Arizona's crime rate is nothing to cheer about. Last year Arizona only resolved 38% homicides. New York resolved over 75%. It's clear if I want a criminal caught I Need a New York policeman not an Arizona Cowboy playing policeman. Perhaps I should remind the Arizona prosecutor that this is America being of a particular political or religious persuasion doesn't make you believable. Your results do. I do not believe her commit to justice.

Alvin is an utter disgrace and completely unfit for the job, but the only saving grace is that his jurisdiction is limited to Manhattan (NY County), not the rest of the city.

I'm from New York and I say Keep him in Arizona because It's probably the only way to get justice you won't find it in NY all you'll find is a very weak version of it if any.

Yeah AZ County Attorney is playing a political game here but everyone knows she has a point and is right. Bragg of course responded by playing his own games as always. If psycho is in custody in AZ and is talking just send your detectives there and complete your case. When he gets out (hopefully never) you can extradite and charge in NY. Pretty sure they do stuff like this all the time in big city police departments.
How is it a political game? He committed serious crimes in AZ and she will hold him without bail and charge him. After he serves his prison sentence in AZ, NYC can have him. There's no statute of limitations for murder, so that charge isn't going away.
