- I challenged strangers in Venice Beach, California to take me down for $100.
For those who are new to the channel - I wrestled for 3 years in high school and I'm a blue belt in jiu jitsu.
Shoutout to Dylan Palacio - he’s an All-American wrestler for Cornell and he inspired the tear away shorts / singlet and basically the entire concept of this video.

Losing against that 16 year old who not only had a fair advantage weightwise, but also showed solid technique is fair game. You did great!
He’s a Washington state qualifier in high school for wrestling I suppose..
The end of this video shows why Bradley Marten would destroy Demetrius Johnson in a grappling match.

Look at the weight difference lol
German dude was actually giving advice in Russian saying: when you wrestle go down and go for a double leg takedown
These guys were as Russian as Vodka.
This is the comment. They came from Germany, doesn't mean they are German or speaking German.
Yep. You could immediately tell those guys were Eastern European by the way they looked even before they spoke, definitely not German.

That 16 year old kid can do anything, any sport that fits his frame and become a pro, he truly has his entire life ahead of him. I hope his father guides him well and he succeeds in life.
Success may not mean a sport that makes him wealthy. Maybe success will be a happy garbage collector, with a Christian family that loves the Lord. I don't get why the world only equates success with financial gain...???

Moved fast for a big guy. When I saw him swing that collar tie like a whip I knew Ryan was in for a match.
The impressive thing about Landon is that he knew he had to attack. If he let you take a shot on him, you could have taken him down. Your shot got countered by him actually taking a shot (which you don’t see it’s big guys).
they just went for the takedown at the same time
And that's why the dude is a state qualifier at heavyweight (or likely the 215lb division) as a sophomore. You don't see the younger classmen doing well at the higher weight classes much unless they got some good IQ and natural talent unless they have been a life long wrestler.

Athletic and spazzy don't really go together, because athletic generally means decent physical coordination. Athletic but unskilled is possible, so is fit/muscular but uncoordinated/spazzy.
