You're very unlikely to win the 1v5 without paid actors. With a reset champ maybe but the issue is they can play so many different versions of a split and the assignments don't have to even be that good and they still win.
I think a better challenge would be 2v5 with 5 bronze players with a minimum of 200 games played this season still in bronze. This would also cut down on the smurfing.
If he plays kayn he wins. Kayn is legit the most mobile champion super fast nice 1 shot and aurvivability

The way Yuumi is blocking the Lee Sin Q and reattaching is more mechanics than most silvers. I also doubt they’re actually iron.

I have a few friends that place in iron every year. They dogshhh… at mechanics and knowing where to be .
1. Zed triangle shadow placement
2. Illaoi tower dive
3. Pink wards purchased
4. Basic forward and back movement in lane (usually all over the place)
5. Objective control/counter jungle

you know what would make it more like an iron game? having 4 bots in your team. so enemy would have fed laners. now you don't have useless feeders as your teammates... and enemies can't get free kills. also bots would hold the lanes a little, you wouldn't lose the towers so fast. if you do a round 3 add 4 bots to your team.
I agree, or you could include 4 iron on your team but make sure they are the lowest rank or the ones that join. I think that would make it the most realistic and truer test.
I think the reason why he wasn't getting reduced lane gold was BECAUSE he was solo on his team. Adding bots might change that which would make challenge wayyy harder if he couldnt collect minion farm.
@@bluemedic57 yes it would be harder. he's doing it the easy way and still losing. like one step further would be 1v5 in mid. those are always stupid as the solo player will outlevel the other 5 and snowball, those doesn't prove anything. this is basically the same thing after losing the inner towers. but since enemies can get exp from all 3 lanes the level diff is less and he cant get fed early.
in iron games you're not getting solo exp from all 3 lanes+jungle and outleveling the enemy also enemies can get fed even if you don't die once. with this setup he's guaranteed to get a level/gold advantage and enemies wont be fed.
basically he's not experiencing a game where all 3 of his lanes are losing in iron. bots would probably guarantee that? tho i've seen some iron players losing to bots while playing vs ai for missions :D there's that. his bot teammates might win the lane :P
tldr:even if he wins the round 3, doing it like this wont prove anything.

Totally happy to see a re-match! I would still love to see you climb from a legit hard-stuck iron account in Ranked. Would give some educational value on how anyone can climb with the right skill and knowledge. Granted I guess it might get hate for smurfing.
theres a guy called royal who did that but on league mobile. really interesting to watch so I could see him doing it too
Nb3 has done bronze to challenger series multiple times in the past, showing how to get a bronze account to challenger. This was before iron existed

@@panic1209 Yeah, but they don't use accounts that are hard stuck in those ranks and have multiple seasons on that rank in those accounts. It's easy when the MMR doesn't think you belong there unless you drop 500 games to get out of loser's queue.
These are at least gold smurfs. No way they are iron lmao. I think this gimmick is already dead. The first time it was spontaneous but now people in your chat know what to do. You need to grab iron players that aren’t in your chat. Doesn’t help they ghosting too
You are definitely just underselling them. I am considered bronze but still do things youd consider high level. I practice wave management, am comfortable tower diving, and keep relatively high cs (8.5-9 per minute). Im not saying im good, just that we are seriously slept on. TBF, ive only ever used one account so its super deflated with the games in my learning phase
Still would be much more realistic if you also had a team of Irons with you. So the impact of one "better" player would be more visible.
He would smurf hard, theres so much content of streamers/youtubers 1v9 in iron
you should play as a laner, that way you can get kills during laning phase instead of farming jungle and being behind in level
to all people claiming those players were not iron - imho they very much can be iron
a friend of mine was stuck in iron for a long time - he mostly played as brand/morgana support
he pressed skills (not all of them and some missing, but he tried, you know)
he warded, he had basic map awareness (aka looking at the ward in the river for a gank)
he made reasonable imho macro decisions
the only real problems he had were not dodging abilities, lack of proper spacing, and very poor mental - he would run at enemies in lane, die pretty much 1v2, blame his adc for not playing, and then tilt for the rest of the game
plus he just didn't play often enough to climb out of iron
so from my experience, iron players can "perform" quite well - yet you can clearly see at 33:40 that they have 3 items while nightblue has 6
This series is so good to watch, I only wish if actual iron players join these games. These guys definitely bought iron accounts and played with you. Especially zed, there is no way in hell he is iron.
Bro every normal account starts at iron 2 and if you just lose most/all promo games it stays there until you climb it out. I agree he should have vetted the opponents he chose to see if they actually seem like legit iron players but there's almost negative chances these guys had to waste money to quickly get iron accounts man. A simple google search and you can see one out of 12 league accounts is in iron and the average player has 3 accounts so that's potentially up to 25% players with an account in iron... doesn't need to be a conspiracy theory.

unless they were trying to drag the game out, they just needed to have 3 lanes pushing at once. He can only be at 1 lane at a time, and I’d be amazed if he can win after giving up all the platings.
Don't stop this series until you have won at least one game. I have friends playing in iron and they play way worse than the people in this game. Do some due diligence and get some real irons.
Yeah..1v5 actually helps the Iron players focus. Maybe take 2 iron teammates and carry a 3v5. The 2 iron will be like bots anyways

instead of farming his Gromp in the mid-game, he needs to use push into roam tactics to keep the waves pushing and secure turrets.

A better challenge would be NB3+ 4 bots vs 5 irons or nb3+4 irons vs 5 golds or something.
Even if they aren't iron, it really doesn't matter. It's not like any of them were even remotely high rank for sure. The 'contest' is supposed to be about whether ELO hell is an actual thing or a skill issue anyway. So even if some of them were gold or above, it really doesn't matter. It's not like you're not going to run into smurfs on solo queue.
5v1 always win a pushing game. The thing with iron players is they want kills but only for someone killable 😂 if they know they can't win a killing game, they go for the pushing game. At that point, they're the winner

This really shows how lowly people think of us iron players. We study, we watch videos, we play with higher ranked people. I tried ranking when I first started 11 years ago and a couple times after that and since then I always get placed in iron even after clawing my way to silver twice gaining 9 lp on wins and losing 36 lp on losses.

I think u should go smite but without buying the item till min 14.... so u can farm normaly on lane and after min 14 u can take on the jungle item in less than 5 mins....

I was hardstuck bronze/silver before I quit league, took a break for a couple of years and played around 2k hours of albion and wow. Came back and climbed out of iron in 2 weeks in jungle. Its 100% possible - yes they are terrible and you have to carry but if you genuinely believe all iron are usless but you arent... Then theres 5 useless people on the enemy team and only 4 on yours. I was so suprised at how easy it was for me after just understanding pvp fundamentals better from albion and wow arena and just watching some guides and actually applying them. Follow the 80% sucess chance rule i leant and YOU WILL climb without a doubt. "is there an 80% chance i get this drag, is there an 80% chance i kill on this gank" and you have to think solo, not 80% if my iron fizz lands a max range ult does a backflip over the anivia wall and then flash Qs him... its not realistic, they are iron.
Im now gold 3 - highest ive ever been - i know its still low but for me who was hardstuck bottom elo it feels great!

You could try crit Thresh too. Use the statik items, it's insane. Zwag did a video on it, disgusting one shots, and they can't chase you. If they group up your first auto is a fullcrit jinx rocket on steroids. Obviously, take Hubris.

I would say that the only difference between iron and gold its the amount of the games theyve played tho...
in iron you cant win the game if u are 3/0 but your midlaner is 0/12 and he is a bot...
maybe possible if they are at champs they don't normally play, otherwise looks like undoable due to lack of minion clear in lanes
5 enemies is alot man, I'm sure with another person of your skill level you could 2 v5 no prob, but you can never punish of you're seem on bot and they over extend top

the problem is people just try there best to feed while you should face 4 full items enemies and 5 if your enemy notice and roam so even if you can outplay someone who have 2 items and you have just a core item you cant do the same shit against full team so thats why there is some player in iron better than gold/plate

Lol, that aint no iron players. I have a few friends who are in iron, and whenever I play with them, the zeds do their combos in slo-mo, don´t notice the enemy jungle standing in their face, do not use ult or if they do they use it on tanks, have 0 ward score, and have maybe half cs if left alone. That Zed was prob emerald or above. Kinda a dick move to pretend to be iron just to flex that you can win a 5v1 if you´re not half as bad as the players who raised the argument in the first point.

I bet on everything these players none of them are iron these are at least gold or higher mid and top and they are warding every corner they can even in high silver low gold they don't use wards like that .
By far these are not iron players. I have multiple friends in bronze that play worse than these players. You need to look into the accounts more to verify they are actually iron.
Id say gold and below players would prob struggle to climb from an iron 4 acc plat+ could just lock someone like yi and 1v9 every game

At least require them to have 50 games played so that you're 100% that they're actually stuck in iron lol. (The Zed is not Iron) I still say you get a full 9 iron players and just show that it's easy to carry a game as long as there are bodies in it.
They definitly are iron players. If not they'll just play in team and keeping lee sin from playing :/ iron doesn't mean every time "screen off", sometimes they are good, but stuck cause of mates

the problem is that lee sin is inconsistent due to the skill requirement,
which is downgraded by the intention to be entertaining.

I'm gold (without trying hard at rank, just get gold and stop basically) and I'm almost sure this Zed is higher elo than me. I don't know about the others, but they are probably at least Silver.

Any iron player would engage on sight, especially in a boring game, zed was bad, prob silver/ low gold hardstuck but always trying to escape and moved smart on the map.
Rell and Seraphine were also too careful.
A hardstuck silver player might have a good skill and a ton of game knowledge but being unable to spend much time on it or being easily tilted and losing his games for it, an average silver rn is not so bad compared to a silver 5 seasons ago.
A new player on iron probably never touched champions like those and surely would play a lot worse

These 1v5's are fun, I would suggest enemy team isn't allowed TP though. Enemy map presence is just to strong, Also ban infinite scallers for the enemy team. That should make it "more" fair. I've tried making rules for 1v5 love to see others do try 1v5. Also if the enemy team gets too many tanks they can just chain CC & kill you, even when they are behind. It is such BS. Those are some of the biggest issues I've run into, can't wait to see the next 1v5 good luck. ;)
If you do this again, I'm pretty sure lilia would be very strong (that or maybe rek sai ?) to be able to go around the map at mach 5 with grat depush. (Super minions might be a problem ?)

The 3 iron 1 guys all had 10 or less wins, would be better with legitimate hard stuck iron players. There's a good chance those iron 1 players would eventually climb out with more games played.
