I feel like this song is just a thank you song about Kyary growing up as a singer in the singing world (or whatever you wanna call it) which is why all her old versions show up and the polar bear represents her parent leading her through and watching over her kindly. I really like the sincerity of this song.
It's about growing up. I think this song was released when she was turning into an adult, I believe I saw a comment once about her last outfit in the video, which is worn for some kind of ceremony when you turn 21 in japan. I'm sorry it's super vague, but I'm pretty sure it was something like that. But yeah, the reason she wears costumes from her other videos and the schoolgirl-like costume at the beginning is because they represent parts of her life and growing up.

初めて見た時はなんで立ち止まった皆が泣いてるのか、未来の事などについても何も分からずにいました。

I remember listening and watching this MV when I was around 15-16. And now I came back as a 21 year old adult and this song made me remember about all the times when I was younger with lesser problems in life and the song describes about parting from those people who were once part of your daily life and that just made this song give more feels to me.
