They've definitely maximized space with all the built-ins. But you better be good with the white-on-white-on-white. I watched the video Serhant did & surprisingly they didn't even show the laundry room or gym in that. They also called it a "condop" which can be confusing with multiple boards to deal with.
I'd paint the walls in order to have some contrast next to the white cabinets. It's great that there's so much storage though. The kitchen could use a little more counter space, but it's still nice with the pantry and cabinets for storage.
Was wondering when we would see them again.

I love the floorplan of the unit. It doesn't have those crazy corners, angles and odd-shaped rooms. Very straightforward. I super love the balcony. I do love storages, but I don't want it to scream that it's TWO full walls of storages. I have to say that this unit have too much storages that can get confusing and claustrophobic when you can free some for hat feeling of a more luxurious space. I'm worried though that there's no range hood over the cooking area.

For almost 1.2mil it better have a washer dryer or it’s a deal breaker.
Probably in the basement by the gym. For 1.2 million and all the storage, there should be several spots one could slip in laundry gear.
There’s always the rolling portable combo option. Not ideal, but it’s something.
The monthly maintenance can be the deal breaker. Especially in a doorman building and with other amenities that cost a lot to maintain or salaries to pay.
Even an elevator will raise the monthly maintenance

They tell you how much the apartment cost but they never tell you what the monthly fees are going to be. How much are you paying a month after you pay 1.2 million for the apartment?

@@yeahbee8237 it matters a lot. Having one mill and being able to afford a loan over 30 years for one million is different. Add on another thousand plus dollars a month and that’s a lot of money. The person or persons buying this would be considered well off but not rich. If you have a family that brings in 250k combined and someone gets laid off, it will be much more difficult.
Cash, Pro Tip: roll off the bass a bit and add a little room reverb to the voiceover track. It will mesh better with the live audio track. 😎

I pay $1300 a month, no HOA and have my own laundry, plus it's bigger than this and has 2 bedrooms and private garage. don't share walls or floor with anyone. also have plenty of outdoor space. Nowhere near a million dollars.
Wonderful patio...nice that all the other roofs are finished in white. Decent price for all the space. One suggestion. Ditch the dark leather sofa. It’s too large and out of proportion to the condo. Changing the ikea style black hardware on the white cabinets to brushed nickel would up the game substantially 🎉

Why is it that common charges aren't given for the apartments that are for sale? It is a reoccurring required expense. So, it would be an interesting tidbit of information.
@@twinsonic I checked but there's no tax shown. Just the common charge. Might be bcuz it's a condop (a hybrid of condo & co-op)

I live in NYC, and it's not that difficult to find wheelchair accessible apartments. Most newly renovated buildings in Brooklyn have wheelchair accessible apartments. There's also buildings in NYC that's only for disabled people. Also, they all have elevators!!!

Doesn't look promising.. I see so many places shown here with not even an elevator... Multiple flights are daunting for me.. I'm almostv70.. I'm not unfit but I have past injuries. I wonder how one would survive if an ankle got sprained.. I guess living via, delivery. Yuck... I imagine the rents on wheelchair and movement challenged folks must be scarily expensive.

@CherokeeSher exactly, they're not expensive at all. Most disabled buildings in NYC are low income housing. Being that most tenants living in the are on SSI, SSD, or living on a fixed income. Most of them in NYC are the most beautiful well maintained buildings!!!

Lovely rooftop apartment with spectacular views and outdoor space. However, there is no central air or in unit laundry which could be a deal breaker. The bedroom is perfectly uncluttered, while the rest of the apartment has a little too much stuff, and I would like to see a slightly smaller sofa. All in all, a beautiful place. Lovely to see your wife and new baby. But in Starbucks? Lol!
