I would call this place anything but “tiny” cash lol😂 This place is by far one of the most beautiful places you’ve ever shown on your channel. I wanna know who decorated this masterpiece! This shows how up and coming Harlem is 15-20 years ago you would never think a place like this would be in Harlem and I love that you showed the neighborhood it’s def a nice area! Wow this place is jaw dropping I would NEVER leave if I lived there!
I think Cash traded in 'illegal' for 'tiny'. It's tiny compared to the Taj Mahal, I guess ....it's all relative!

@@jacksonmorganfroghin4815 It's pretty good size, that's for sure. It's about 800 sq.ft. larger than our 4BR suburban home (albeit at ten times the price).
Wow that's a nice place! They did a great job with design. It's modern but not over the top where it feels cold & sterile. $2.8mil & so worth it for all you get including a private outdoor space. & I have to say that dog was adorable & so well behaved with strangers roaming around.

Move to the country.. you can get a house twice that size and acreage for a fragment of that asking price. To live in NYC is to pay for perceived value.. NOT real value. I watch these videos mostly to gape and gawk. Also a healthy reminder of why city life SUCKS. cheers

Honestly, this is one of the best NYC apartments I've seen in a while. Great space, lots of storage, you can change some stuff to make it more contemporary or modern but it's pretty good already.
It's not even really an "apartment" - it's a quad-plex. Each of the four units is a whole house. And, since it's in Harlem, it's only at a San Francisco price!! 😋😋
OMG I used to live in the building! On the 5th floor. The landlord was the best and the apartment was AMAZING. My most favorite apartment I've stayed in within Manhattan. 🥰 Nothing broke and everything was top notch. Super private top which was nice. Elevator went straight into the unit with key access. 🔑 felt like a VIP! 😂

"It's politician proof."--LOL! CLASSIC! O.M.G! That HUGE bathroom! $2.9M? WORTH IT!!! There was NOTHING that I did not like about this showing. Excellent tour. I could be quite comfortable there. The Master of the house (the doggy) was very cool too!

I was born and raised in NYC, but live in the NWUK now. When I bought my first house, it's what they call a terraced house over here, which is basically a row of houses all joined together. My house was an end house, which gave me more scope for my small garden. I did similar to this garden and tried to make it as private as possible, but my some of my UK neighbours thought I was being antisocial. But, my line was I was merely being a New Yorker. Over time, they actually changed their mind and could understand my want for a bit of privacy and erected their own higher fences.
This was absolutely stunning!!!!!!!!!!! Lots of natural light and lots of SPACE!!! And it's probably not too far from Chef Marcus Samuelsson's Red Rooster restaurant in Harlem, definitely a plus! I hope the owners get what they're asking for it : )
That is gorgeous! It's a huge place, plus a beautiful garden. For NYC, the asking price is not too bad. You get a lot for your money. One of the best places you've shown.
I really enjoy your videos, and this home is amazing! Who wouldn’t want to live there? I just wish you wouldn’t call large places “tiny homes.” I get all excited to think I’ll see some cute, self-contained, gem of a tiny home in NY, and instead am shown some palatial place with a bathroom bigger than my bedroom. I never regret watching any of your videos, of course. I just get a little disappointed that I’m not getting what I tuned in for. (I am very into tiny homes and their ingenious storage solutions and layouts, so when I’m in the mood, I love to dive down the tiny home rabbit hole.)

Your comment about Subway was spot on. It's the closest restaurant to where I work, after numerous lunch visits...the Titanic rearranging their deck chairs...is about the funniest and most polite way I've heard that put.
Not everyone is in NYC with tons of lunch options. In fact Subway had record sales Q4 2022 and is opening tons of franchises. BUT they're not a good deal for franshise owners. Subway itself is flush with cash.
@@sexytechreviews_ Subway corporate seems to be a bit scummy, and doesn't make it easy for their franchise owners. I think for me it was burnout. Everything there tastes the same to me, variety is the same stuff just reorganized. My number one gripe is their stuff doesn't taste as good as joe schmoe's place down the street. It has that subway taste. It could be that they are a healthier option, but I want to make that choice, not them. My epiphany came when our subway order arrived and I took a bite, and it was great...only to find out they had accidentally placed the order with Jimmy Johns. Not the variety of Subway, but I like them better. Around here the fast food franchise that is minting money is a place called Chick-fil-a.
Cash, when Im stressed, anxiety is up etc, I sit down and relax and enjoy your videos, your videos are soothing, interesting, funny and I love your humor. Keep it up and please dont ever end this channel :) I love real estate, some of which incl NYC and you have convinced me to get a sink sprayer for my double kitchen sink in the property I own

I love how it is presented as a tiny house but would be almost a bit bigger than a regular house in france. You don't usually get 4 bedrooms in a average-size house here !

Wow! This is the BEST "tiny house" I have ever seen! I have never seen a microwave with a pull out drawer (I live under a rock, don't mind me) . That medicine cabinet with the sliding door was amazing! Everything in this place was just stunning. I absolutely love that pantry... you can have everything and anything right there within reach in one place. That closet in the master bedroom was bigger than the 1st apartment you showed in your video from yesterday! Why would these people want to move after having this place custom built?!

I love it and seems well worth the price! Lots of light, that private outdoor space!, elevators, tons of very well thought out storage, the kitchen was perfectly laid out, the master bathroom was ...well Id never leave it, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plus the location seems good and easy to get to/around. Less than 3mil for this much space and all the amenities in NYC seems like a steal

Really enjoyed this tour including Cash's train journey commentary lol, I'm a bit confused with the layout of this place, the bedrooms are on the ground floor street facing but there's another set of staircases going where? Is it 3 floors or this place is so big that there are 2 separate staircases? Anyways the kitchen is super and there's so much space it's worth it! Hope Cash can buy a place like this for his family in the near future!

Big bedroom windows facing the street mean that you have to keep the drapes closed all the time. I'm also not fond of having the kitchen on a different level from the living room. But somebody won't care about these things because they have more money than they know what to do with, and they'll buy it.

OK; I postpone my usual snark about NYC living to happily admit - that is the most awesome pantry setup I've ever seen. It's got me thinking of what to do to modify our boring "closet-style" pantry with wall shelves...
(Also, amused to see the bathtub sporting the same "tub tray" my wife bought. She kinda went bamboo-crazy for a bit there; all our kitchen drawers now have bamboo cubbies and whatnot in them as well as the tub tray thingee. Hers has a built-in wine glass holder, too, because what else are you going to do in a jetted soaking tub with integrated bluetooth sound system and LED lights? I'm just happy with the shower...)

You hit the jackpot with this place. I need that pantry in my life! I loved every room, and the vibe each one gives off. Less than $3 mil is a steal for that much space, that looks and feels like a remodeled brownstone, and comes with a whole backyard for your personal enjoyment. I think I need to watch this again, abd live vicariously through the settlers. So beautiful!

Love this place so much! It’s warm and inviting and the garden area was show stopping! The kitchen was well equipped and love the common areas.
