In Toronto, Canada a 3 bdrm. bungalow house 1/2 the size is a minimum of $400K up to $1 million depending where in the city you live.... without a view at all 😯 P.S. My friend just put his house up for sale, 1850 sq. ft. ( approx. 172 sq. m) with a finished 2 bdrm. basement apt. = $1.3 million .....

Inside tgere is no Woouw feeling which you expect by a 1milj house! No add on building for guests, a bussy road nearby and only 2000 m² land (privacy?) 🤔
